Bought this mattress from Ashley furniture located in the Woodlands, Tx area. The mattress edge broke down within a few months. We turned the mattress and the other side edge support broke down with in a few months. This mattress is used by an elderly person who weighs about 130lbs so weight and size of the person is not in question. The results of this defective edge has caused her to constantly roll off the edge of the bed. We contacted Ashley Furniture for help, they sent a mattress warranty claim representative to check out the issue. He reported the findings to Stearns and Foster. Your company DENIED any help, leaving an elderly woman at risk of really being hurt each time the defect causes her to roll out of bed.

Great quality mattress that affords a restful night's sleep! First time customer and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations! Soft mattress that does not sink and bounces backeach day (side & back sleeper). I highly recommend this mattress company and I will be a lifelong customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is really great. It is firm enough that I do not sink into it, but it isn't hard either. It is thick enough that all of the new sheets fit it too. I hadn't had this brand of mattress before this one and I wish I had tried it sooner. Other mattresses I had in the past were always too soft. This mattress being firm is going to help my back pain and I'm already sleeping better. I have chronic pain. My new bed has helped greatly. I can more easily get comfortable when trying to fall asleep. Before I got this bed, morning was especially painful because my muscles were always stiff and it took some time to work out the tightness. Now this is less of an issue. I am very happy with my purchase.

Previous bed was a sleep number. This mattress I've had about 90 days just turned it to break in other side I used to wake up sweating with the sleep number bed and now I never wake up sweating I sleep longer also I don't wakeup with back pains anymore. Best mattress I've ever slept on in my life!! Just wish I could have afforded the next level up from the estate collection to get that gel cooling layer cuz I prefer to sleep really cold

It is so thick and soft and feels like I am at the best spa in the world when laying on it. It is very heavy so two people are needed for moving! I found that although it is soft, I don't totally sink in which is good!! I have already recommended to friends and family.

It seems bigger then my previous queen mattress which is amazing and really gives the space needed. You can sit bounce roll and it's all cushiony and cozy. The soft top was exactly what I needed.

My first stearns and foster mattress. I have had for about 2 weeks. My boyfriend prefers firm, I prefer more plush feel. We settled on the estate medium. So far we are both very happy with this purchase. Very comfortable and have been sleeping very well. Look forward to many years of comfort.

It is too squishy and is far from firm. It is also extremely hot to sleep on. It cannot be flipped, however we do, because the side without the foam is more comfortable and less hot. In short, you'd be better off financially and loads more comfortable buying a futon and sleeping on that. This mattress has changed my life by causing me to wake up every morning with a backache. I haven't had a good night's sleep since we purchased it. I am tired, achy and grumpy. There is absolutely nothing to love about this mattress. Don't be a fool! Save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere!!!
