Great quality mattress that affords a restful night's sleep! First time customer and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations! Soft mattress that does not sink and bounces backeach day (side & back sleeper). I highly recommend this mattress company and I will be a lifelong customer.

It is thick enough that all of the new sheets fit it too. I hadn't had this brand of mattress before this one and I wish I had tried it sooner. Other mattresses I had in the past were always too soft. This mattress being firm is going to help my back pain and I'm already sleeping better. BzzAgent and Stearns and Foster provided me with this mattress to sample and leave my honest review, so here it is! I have had this mattress for about a week. I previously had a bed in a box that desperately needed to be replaced. This mattress is just the right amount of support and comfort so that I wake rested and with less back pain than I have had in a while. I don't wake up in the middle of the night uncomfortable and in pain, instead I sleep soundly.

I purchased this mattress from PC RICHARDS for my husband who has severe arthritis is his lower back and hips. Unfortunately for me it was like sleeping on boulders on a mountain. I had to go out a purchase a mattress topper so I could get one nights sleep. The only thing I would say IS IF YOU are a senior be careful what you buy.

The overall quality is completely lacking on this mattress; there are pulled threads hanging off all over the pillow top and around the seams where the pillow top is sewed on, and there's at least one (that I've noticed so far) small hole in the fabric - absolutely not up to the level of quality you'd expect for a $3000+ mattress or from Stearns and Foster. And I'm not talking about a thread here or there, there's at least a dozen that I counted before giving up counting...they're literally all over the top of the mattress; the mattress was purchased brand new and delivered about 3 weeks after it's build date on the legal tag - can only assume this is a quality control problem. Functionally the mattress is comfortable and supportive except I notice myself sinking into the pillow top to a level I didn't perceive in the store - not a great sensation for me personally.

After 3 back surgeries and continuing back problems for many years, I had accepted waking every morning with back pain. And then I slept on a Stearns and Foster luxe mattress while visiting a family member . For the first time, I awoke with NO back pain. I couldn't believe it! In the end, after talking directly with a company representative, I ordered the higher reserve model, and I'm glad I did. This bed has been exceptional since it arrived. I tried other well known mattresses for years, that required special sheets, and had bulky platforms. None of them even come close to this magnificent bed. The platform is compact, and any deep pocket sheet fits perfectly. Iis expensive, but worth every penny. Given how much of our lives are spent sleeping, it is an investment in your health that is well worth making. I awake refreshed and ready for the day. Thank you Stearns and Foster for such an excellent product!

I wanted to love this mattress. It honestly has the best support for your back and hips. I wake up with no back pain which is amazing. This product would be a perfect mattress if it wasn't for one major flaw, and that is that it sleeps HOT! And I mean HOT. Ive tried blowing 3 fans on me, have purchased a cooling mattress cover, and I am also using a BedJet. It still feels like my entire body is on FIRE! I used to sleep through the night, now I wake up 2-3 times from becoming overheated. I am waiting out the 30 days then I am going to exchange this at MattressFirm for a BeautyRest. In my opinion they have much better cooling technology. Stay away from this mattress if you at all are sensitive to your own body heat.

Our mattress is 7 years old. It has a growing hump in the middle of it. It kept getting better. Someone came out and they will not honor the warranty. Stay away from this dead beat company. It is a lot of money to pay for a mattress and then a warranty is not honored.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is great! It is so comfortable to sleep on. It's firm enough to not hurt my back but the pillow top provides enough comfort to give me a good solid nights rest. When I wake up I am fully rested and not sore at all. I would definitely recommend deep pocket sheets to keep them from popping off while you sleep. It's a great mattress, and the handles make it really easy to move around when needed.
