the frame wiring is tripping out on lights in less than two years. the mattress got a split in it where i sleep, and they won't honor any warranty because there is a stain on the bed (people sleep on it, i have a 1 year old too (am i suppose to put a plastic sheet underneath?... heard they were the best on customer service and satisfaction but they are crap they denied my claim. 6k down the drain in 2 years.

My last tempur-pedic lasted 20 years and was wonderful, but did finally get old. So, we bought this one last month and it is even better - so soft and comfy. We both slept better than ever. My husband weighs twice as much as I do, so when he rolls over, on most beds I feel it. With this one I don't. There is no slope when he is in bed either. It has support right up to the edges too. It's taller than the last one, so that took a bit of getting used to, but we have. For us, this is the very best bed possible (and we have tried many).

This is our second temper-pedic mattress. The first mattress we purchased several years ago is now used in our guest bedroom. For some unknown reason, we (wife and I) convinced our self to replace the master bed mattress with a competitors product (air mattress). We had purchased extra bed sheets and even though we never open the package the dealer would not give a reimbursement after 90 days. This was 3-years ago. Big mistake! We had enough sleepless nights and decided to revisit a temper-pedic dealer. Don't we swayed so take my advise and stick with what you know and trust. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the last few years my wife had said that we needed a new mattress but I couldn't understand why because I thought we were sleeping fine. I finally gave in after I hurt my back trying to flip out king size mattress. We shopped around and finally decided on a Tempur-ProAdapt mattress. What a difference our purchase made. No more tossing and turning throughout the night and even better no more back pain in the morning. I had always attributed all of my morning aches and pains as just part of getting older. I was totally wrong. Now when I wake up in the morning I can actually hop out of bed and be ready to go. I no longer have to slowly stand up to get my back to the point where I can actually walk. Another really wonderful result of the new mattress is that neither of us feels the other one getting into or out of the bed allowing the other to continue to sleep undisturbed. Hands down this mattress is the best purchase we have made in regards to our comfort and well being.

Our first Tempurpedic mattress was 19 years old, and the "original" memory foam mattress. We started shopping, looking at the "competitors". Then we said, "We know we love our Tempurpedic, so why switch?". After calling Tempurpedic and telling them we wanted the "exact same" support as our first mattress, they pointed us to the Proadapt firm. The first night, I couldn't sleep and thought we had made a bad decision. The second night, to today, sleep is amazing. No waking up sore or achy. My husband and I both have back issues, his are worse. Since we purchased our first Tempurpedic, his back has been so much better. Can't brag on this mattress enough! Beware, it is REALLY FIRM!

The warranty process was pretty easy, very friendly and helpful support! I love the new mattress! Just under 10 years my old Advantage began to not support me and sag. I called and followed their directions and in less than two weeks I have my new mattress! I have been sleeping on it now for about a month and it is wonderful. I did notice the "smell" but it was not that bad, I can still smell it when I change the sheets but thats it!!! Sleeping like a baby now! I have noticed that it is quite abit cooler sleeping than my old Advantage. One negative I have about the ProAdapt is NONE of my old sheets fit it, the matt​re​ss is very thick. I had to purchase (BOGO) from Tempurpedic but I guess it was time to get new sheets anyways. They were over 5 years old :)

We complained to the salesman that the tperpedic that we have at home doesn't feel good like the one we tried at the store. He said just give it a little time to expand out or loosen up. It's still hard as a rock and so uncomfortable. My husband hates it and so do I. However the adjustable base is very nice in the zero gravity state.

Fell in love with this bed. Helps provide relief for my bulging L4 L5 disc in my back. Also has helped me to stay in REM sleep longer than before. Oddly enough I've become a back sleep when I was a habitual side sleeper. If we ever need a new mattress, we'll definitely be getting a tempurpedic.

I've had my new mattress for a month now and haven't had back pain once! This mattress is truly like sleeping on a cloud. If you're on the fence about purchasing go for it, you won't be disappointed!

Normally if I wake up in the middle of the night, it takes at least an hour to fall back to sleep. NOT now! We've had our Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid for a month and absolutely love it. We tried a different brand of mattress before this and returned it. Best decision I've made in a long time!
