[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far my back has hurt every day since I got this mattress, even with regular conditioning in addition to sleeping on it. Also, your customer service is TERRIBLE. Absolutely, hands down, the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

This mattress is very firm and does not pair well with an adjustable base,I bought this mattress online so it is not fault of temper pedic,but ultimately I had to send it back. Still trying to find a mattress that will replace my 89 year old mother's original temper pedic mattress she loved but they don't make their original temper pedic mattress anymore and now she has to sleep in an uncomfortable recliner because her original mattress is to worn out to sleep on and hurts her back.

This is a replacement for a tempur-pedic that 'lost it's memory' and sagged. This new mattress is extremely hard, but we really love it! We got so used to sleeping on the bad mattress that this one actually took us a few nights to get used to, but it has been well worth it! We knew from trying one out in the store that it didn't quite have that 'contouring' effect, but our last two mattresses had that and sagged within a short period of time. I have high hopes for this mattress!! Also, I'd like to say that tempur-pedic really stands behind their mattresses and my claim was handled very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!

The comfort is amazing. I recently went on vacation. As I suspected I miss my Tempur-pedic. The only issue I have so far is finding sheets that fit the adjustable bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the firm mattress. I have enjoyed it's firmness and how the memory foam conforms to your body without sacrificing any of the firmness. I gave it 4 stars because the mattress is shorter in length than my previous mattress. My bed is also sitting lower but I plan to get risers to bring it up about 3in.

We love our new mattresses and bed bases My hip pain has disappeared and my husbands snoring is almost non existant as we can raise his head with his split mattress base. These are definity not inexpensive mattresses and bed bases but considering how much time we spend sleeping and how important a good nights sleep is to our health we consider the investment to be completely justified. Besides our slit Pro Adapt mattresses we purchased the Ergo extend bases. We love the experiance of a great nights sleep that they provide. Originally I chose the firm mattress and my husband chose medium, on practically the last day if our 90 day trial my husband decided to change to a firm mattress. We called the provided number and without any problems were assured the exchange would be made, which it rapidly was. Everything our salesman Matthew had promised us regarding quality of product and service was true.

Love my new Tempur-Pedic, and the guys who delivered it were great, timely and professional. They were early, removed the old ones & set up the new one all within half an hour. It's my 2nd Tempur Pedic, I bought my first 22 years ago and needed to update. The base is lighter than my old one & quieter, and the mattress itself is double the depth of my old one yet lighter to move for changing sheets, and very, very comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bed is ok, works fine, almost too firm compared to what we tested in the stores. Delivery and customer service were awful. Delivery "forgot" to put our bed on the truck the first day with little apology, more like "oh-well, not our problem." After a conversation with them explaining the difficulty in being away from work as we are both directors in our respective companies, they promise to schedule delivery for the following week, later after 4pm. 5 days later my husband is pulled away from work at because they were on their way to deliver our bed, absolutely before 4, well before 4. To make it right they offered to send us 2 pillows. Fine, I was going to purchase new pillows anyways. Although it doesn't return the significant time away from work I don't have to shop for new pillows. This was the last correspondence from them 3 weeks ago, mid-September. Since then nothing, no emails, no pillows, and no answering the phone. I sent a follow up email from my email address, my name was used to purchase the bed but contact info was for my husband so he could coordinate things, quickly received a response telling me to go to the third party I purchased from. I purchased directly through the web site. I responded with this information and my husband's information and received a very rude and short response stating they couldn't find any record of my purchase with them so they couldn't help. I've finally sent the correspondence with my husband attached to my email. Let's see what happens. I suspect more of the same- nothing.

Despite a delay in delivery, our mattress has turned out to be what we wanted. We went for the firm, which is similar to the conventional mattress we replaced, that was nearly 20 years old. It did take a couple nights to get used to the fact that it was actually firm (with reasonable give), but now after a month we are both sleeping well. Because we both tend to sleep in multiple positions, back, side and prone, I'm pleased that it seems accommodating to any position.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is really firm like rock hard, much much harder/firmer than store sample, so be prepared when it arrives. I wanted firm but this is crazy. Hoping it breaks in a little, it is supposed to. What I didn't like though, was that the mattress was ready 2.5 weeks before the metal frame we ordered from tempurpedic, and I had to then build the frame myself, the delivery people should have done it in my opinion and, I had to physically move the tempupredic box springs I already had onto the new frame myself and rush while they brought up the new mattress. They were tempurpedic bases boxes, in my opinion the delivery people should be commissioned to set up your whole bed system, not just switch out the top mattress, that was really upsetting as they call is white glove. Maybe it is better to order it from the store not online.
