I have had the new mattress, pillows and sheets now for about 30 days. So far I like it a lot, almost love but too soon to give it that. Humans spend a lot of time in bed and I have went with the cheap mattresses for over 50 years and almost got a sleep number bed, but after talking to people that have them, I realized that Tempur will be the better investment. I recommend to buy new sheets and pillows with a new mattress. AND get the mattress protector if you have pets that get on the bed (allowed or not) and kids, night #5 my dog tested it and boy was I feeling like a smart man. you will be the first to know if this bed doesn't hold up to the name. We checked out the pro adapt at a local furniture store and decided that the firm has just the right amount of softness for us. We compared it to the medium pro adapt which we thought was too soft. All said and done, the firm that we ordered directly from Tempur-pedic has absolutely no softness unlike the one that was in the local furniture store. It is like sleeping on a rock!

We have the best nights sleep now. We had heard rumors that we would need time to get used to our new mattress. We adapted the very first night. The most comfortable mattress ever. It also only takes us about 2 minutes to fall asleep, no more tossing and turning. We have been married for almost 40 years, so we have tested and owned quite a few mattress and this one is by far the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first tempurpedic in 1997 after i lost my house in a flood. Had it until my divorce in 2015, she kept the mattress somehow. Did not get restful sleep until I GOT MY NEW MATTRESS and have been sleeping soundly ever since. My new one is better than my old one. Coupled with the adjustable base and I don't snore as bad, no sore throat when i wake up. If you want a good nights sleep this is it. I don't even get up to go to the bathroom 3 times a night anymore. I suspect discomfort was waking me, vacating my bladder allowed my joints to get back in alignment so I could go back to sleep every night. Now if I wake up I really do have to go. I've had the Pro Adapt Firm model for a few weeks and at this point the mattress has exceeded my expectations. The first couple nights took some getting used to because of the firmness and the memory foam feel. Each night the bed becomes more comfortable and supportive. It's been such a long time since I actually didn't want to leave my bed in the morning and I look forward to going to sleep every night. Def not cheap but I look at it as a solid investment in my health and quality of life. Worth every penny.

My wife and I had been sleeping on our old mattress for a few years and no matter how many pads we added to the top we still woke up restless and with back pain. Since the first night with the Tempur Pedic mattress it has been a night and day difference from the way we feel when we wake up refreshed and pain free.

Not as great as everyone says it is. I was very excited for the cooling feature because I sweat a lot at night and after the first night with this mattress, I've never sweated more in my life. And it's been multiple night, still have yet to notice the cooling feature. Very disappointed that this is non existent..:

I regret going beyond the 90 days and was hoping that after several online comments on Facebook that someone from the company would reach out and try and make it right m. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TEMPUR-ProAdapt Firm Mattress is AMAZING!! It is so soft and cushiony yet firm at the same time!! The mattress is definitely made of some heavy duty material. I love how it conforms to my body and just basically holds me in place! After sleeping on this bed for about a week, I have noticed a significant difference in how much I wake up in the middle of the night! At first, my back kind of hurt because I stayed in one spot all night, so I felt stiff... but the more I use it, my body is getting used to it! I also love how it has a removable and washable cover on it! This mattress is absolutely wonderful! I'd completely recommend it to anyone considering it!!

We heard folks say they have to break it in, but that wasn't our experience. We used to get out of bed early and now we find every excuse to sleep in as late as possible. We LOVE it! We always wake up refreshed and it is just so comfortable. We recommend it to everyone!
