[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, a soft and supportive mattress for a bad back. Needed something better for me and also room for a cat or two (+/- a husband as well). Had our mattress 6 months now and am enjoying it immensely. Love the luxe look and feel. Love the quality as well as the adjustable frame. High price is probably the limiting factor for most. I can say this mattress has been the cats meow! Waking up pain free is a wonderful thing for this old bag of bones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid King Mattress for about two weeks now. I also got the Ergo Extend Adjustable Bass. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I finally get a good nights sleep. I also suffer from acid reflux and often wake up during the middle of the night with it. That hasn't happened since I got my new bed. Having the adjustable base has really made a difference. I was worried that the mattress would sleep warm due to the foam, but that hasn't been an issue. The only negative thing I'd have to say is in regards to the base. Not a big issue but the included USB Ports are located underneath the base and aren't super easy to get to. I've seen other bases where they are on the side and that would make more sense to me. Overall I'm very happy. Yes the bed/base is expensive but in my opinion well worth the money. I'm wishing I would have bought it sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We slept on an old, lightly used traditional guest room mattress for over 10 years that was given to us when we got married. This is a completely different and improved experience for us. I sleep on my back with wrist braces on and rarely turn side to side. I was having back pain each morning and would awaken early due to how uncomfortable the mattress was. We decided to finally bite the bullet and buy a new mattress. When shopping we came across many hybrids but when they told us that tempur-pedic was the brand recommended by doctors for people with back problems I was sold. Why not get the mattress I might need in the years to come anyway- its like wearing orthotics in your your shoes. We went for the hybrid model to have a little more structure to the mattress but got the more expensive version of the model we were looking at to get the few more inches of foam and I think it was worth it. Hopefully it may make our mattress comfortable for longer (that is our hope). I no longer wake up multiple times a night due to back pain or hearing the springs move and make noises when my husband tosses and turns. We both sleep much better. I no longer look forward to taking trips and having to sleep on a different mattress, because now I love mine and I know that nothing will match it when we travel. It's actually a great feeling to know that your best sleep is the sleep you have at home a majority of the time. I do recommend the 5'' bed base, the 9'' was too high and we would have needed a stool to get into bed. I really wanted a 7'' which is my one recommendation to temper-pedic but the 5'' feels natural for us when getting in and out of bed for people our height (5'6"-5'10"). We have had the mattress for 4-5 months now. We would definitely buy it again.

After a mattress we had for 2 years and another we tested out for a couple months my pain has gone away with my Tempur pedic mattress almost instantly. I was having restless nights and now sleep like a baby. I am so happy with my purchase! Also bought the pillows and my husband and I love them as well.

Slept on our new mattress (ProAdapt 2.0 Hybrid Med.) for a couple of weeks now and am very happy. I'm not waking up with a backache or neck pain. My boyfriend's shoulder isn't hurting when he wakes up. The best part is I'm not falling into a hole anymore. My boyfriend weighs much more than I do and I always had to climb out of the whole in the mattress and cling to the side of the bed. No more, mattress is flat even when he lays down. That alone was worth buying this mattress!

The issue is not with the product. I recently requested an exchange for my newly purchased mattress, to an upgraded more expensive model. Now, keep in mind that it took 32 days to receive my first mattress, including the adjustable bases. (that was also a fight to get) We are coming on 14 days and I still have not received my exchange mattress. I have called more times than I care to mention. Ever time I call, the wait time is awful long. When I finally speak to a "customer" service rep, I get an answer of your order will process in 5 to 7 days, call back. Along with the lovely " have I helped you? and is there anything else I can do?" HA!! You haven't done anything. So, I call back once again. 7 days to be fair. The response, I am sorry, it takes 7 to 10 days for your order to process. So, I call on day 10, then told to call back again. That it takes 10 to 14 days. Today, after being told not once but twice to speak to a special department and being on hold. AND hung up on twice. I am still no where. And calling on day 15. DO NOT, DO NOT purchase from on-line. Find a store, compare your prices. Do not get stuck in this horrible nightmare! When I asked if I could cancel my whole order and how long it would take for funds to be retransmitted. 10 to 14 days.......

We are still breaking it in but I will say it is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. We did trade out the box springs for the smaller version because of height issues. We wished the box springs came in a small, medium, or large. We would have preferred a medium height. Still we are enjoying great sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this product along with the adjustable base for health reasons, it has made all the difference in being able to incline the feet and or head of just one side at a time as we both have different needs. At first I thought the firm was going to be too firm and hard for me but the more we sleep on it the more I have gotten used to the product. If you prefer a firm mattress I would definitely recommend this mattress. The firmness of this mattress makes it easy to get in and out of the bed...no sinking.

I have a split king. I have the soft and my husband has the firm. We are sleeping 100% better! The bed conforms to your body and I now sleep with no pain from pressure points. I love that you can adjust the bed for reading or propping up your feet. Warning....its hard to get up in the morning!

Purchased thinking this would be great choice for new comfy bed and keep us cool in hot summer, but we were wrong. The mattress has not conformed to our bodies nor does it keep us cool. It is fine if you like firm. Unfortunately, this is not for us. The service was great , easy delivery.
