[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been complaining of upper back and neck problems for more than 26 years and all that went away ever since I bough my Tempur-Pro Adapt Soft Mattress on May 27, 2019. I believe that owning a Tempur-Pedic mattress and pillow that is the right one for you is the key to achieving a restful night sleep and pain free. I no longer have to go for a biweekly massage that, oftentimes, only causes more neck and back pain. What is so wonderful about my Tempur-ProAdapt mattress is that it contours to the shape of my body. There are times when I do not lay my head on my Tempur-Pedic pillows, and that is absolutely fine too if you ask me. So far, I own two mattress from Tempur-Pedic and I know without a shadow of a doubt that it is going to last me more than 20 years. With care, weekly laundry-washing, and the soft touch of Tempur-Pedic bedsheets and pillow covers, I know for a fact that IT IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF ME! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this product along with the adjustable base for health reasons, it has made all the difference in being able to incline the feet and or head of just one side at a time as we both have different needs. At first I thought the firm was going to be too firm and hard for me but the more we sleep on it the more I have gotten used to the product. If you prefer a firm mattress I would definitely recommend this mattress. The firmness of this mattress makes it easy to get in and out of the bed...no sinking.

I purchased a bed from temper pedic about 2 years ago.Because my wife was having back surgery. It has been the most expensive and uncomfortable bed I have ever purchased. I get more comfort from a bed In a box. Do not waste your money on a temper pedic, mattress or bed frame. I contacted them about my warranty they were no help. I feel that I got a defect mattress because I am well past the breaking in period. If I could have gave zero stars I would have.

We have not seen any difference yet, we're having worse back and neck pain. We were told to use it for 120 days before we could see any difference. We are using this bed over a little over 2 weeks now. The bed retains heat. So prepare to lower your thermostat. We will give another review after the time frame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have tried several mattresses in the past few years, including one we ordered online from one of these online only mattress companies. None of them lived up to our expectations and we continued to wake up in the morning tired and sore. Finally got a tempurpedic and could not be happier...wish we had done it years ago. Definitely recommend getting an adjustable base as well.

The thing I do not like about the mattress is that the middle of the mattress feels firm but the sides of the mattress feels softer which I thought the mattress would feel like all over. In the store, I only laid on the sides of the mattress and not in the middle because I thought the mattress would feel the same all over.

For the past 25 years I have only had the pleasure of sleeping on hand-me-down mattresses that probably should have just gone to the trash. I would constantly wake up with back pain, toss and turn throughout the night, and just could not get a good nights sleep. My wife and I were reluctant to get a new mattress. The cost to us was shocking. We did not feel comfortable spending the amount but we knew we needed one. Well, we are glad we did. Since the first night we haven't had a bad nights sleep. We are so glad we chose this model and were also happy that the "soft" feel was still firm enough for the both of us. My back pain has since disappeared and each night I'm glad to get a good nights sleep. If you have any doubts, put them to rest. This mattress is worth the price and you'll have a better nights sleep because of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were a bit skeptical of the price given competing mattresses, but this is hands down the best mattress I've ever slept on. I didn't even realize I had as much back pain as I did until sleeping on this. Within weeks it was gone.

I paid thirty-seven hundred for this mattress less than 3 years prior to writing this review. The sidewall where I get onto the bed has collapsed and there is a massive section of mattress that is sagging about 10 inches. Sometimes I have even rolled off the bed there. I filed a warranty claim which was rejected. They made several assertions about why it was rejected none of which actually applied to my mattress. They claimed the cover was damaged even though the cover was not even on it in the photos I sent. They claimed I did not use a cover despite there being a cover on the same reciept. In fact I have used two covers most of the time. They then claimed it mattress had not been stored properly but it had never been stored and was in the same place on the same base when it was delivered. The damage was literally only because on getting on and off the bed. I am not overweight or anything like that either. If they think I am just going to stay silent after spending so much less than 3 years ago they are mistaken. I am not faced with taking the company to court to get this solved. Terrible company, terrible product.

This is my fourth Tempurpedic since 2006. The first one I gave to a friends, and the next two are in my guest rooms. I just got the proAdapt firm and it is my favorite yet. Every Tempurpedic mattress I have ever owned has been absolute quality and enjoyment. The firm is my favorite because I go to bed with body aches and pains and wake up pain free.
