I purchased the Tempur-Pedic Model 10737150M mattress from Ashley Furniture in New Rochelle, NY, on June 8, 2024. I received the mattress in the first week of July but was traveling for the summer. Once I started using it, I gradually began experiencing severe back pain. By October, my back was so inflamed that I had to reach out to Ashley Furniture for assistance. To my surprise, I was informed that I had no warranty because I had bought the mattress as an "as-is" floor model. I explained that I didn't know they were selling defective products and that they should stand behind the items they sell, especially when it comes to something as expensive as a Tempur-Pedic mattress. They then told me to contact Tempur-Pedic directly if I believed the mattress was defective. However, despite multiple attempts to get in touch with Tempur-Pedic, I received no response. Now, I wake up in excruciating pain every morning, and I'm also experiencing significant discomfort in the middle of the night. I can only sleep on my back, and even then, the sleep I get is minimal. The mattress feels much too soft for a medium Tempur-Pedic, and I am in constant pain when sitting on it for any period of time. For context, I've had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for over 10 years without any issues, so I know how they should feel. This has been an absolutely horrible experience, and I feel like I've wasted my money. I will never purchase another Tempur-Pedic mattress again and strongly advise others to be cautious when considering a purchase. The pain and frustration I've experienced have made this an incredibly disappointing investment.

I decided on tempurpedic because I often get lower back pain. It is super comfortable now and I never wake up with any back pain again!

When the mattress arrived after the first night, they raved about how the mattress helped them sleep better, their backs were no longer aching and also that the mattress was so great that they didn't want to get up in the morning for work. We purchased a King Tempur-ProAdapt in firm. After seven months, we wish we could undo this purchase. Our previous two mattresses were both firm, traditional independent coil. This would be our first memory foam mattress. Neither my wife nor I sleep consistently well on the Tempur-Pedic. This mattress chases you off it - I literally find myself getting out of bed in the morning because I can no longer stand the discomfort my body is feeling, specifically, pain through my pelvis and hip region as well as sore shoulders and numb arms. The hip and pelvis pain is with me continually and the sad part is I have learned to live with it. Recently, a second seven day vacation away from our Tempur-Pedic, I realized my hip/pelvis and shoulders stop hurting within a day or two. I spoke with Tempur-Pedic, but their response was to keep the room cool and to consider purchasing their mattress topper which would *maybe* help soften things up. I never stated this mattress is too firm, there is more to it than that. This mattress brought pain my mid-40's body has never felt. Read reviews and if you're having problems early on, react immediately, we're stuck with this thing now and we'll have to absorb a second mattress purchase in under a year. They claim their customer service is so great, why not try to help someone and send them a mattress topper after they just spent thousands on your product and are now afraid to use it.

We just got our mattress delivered today and cannot wait to use it for the first time! I know we need to give it about 30 days to fully adjust and be comfortable, but so far it looks and operates well! We haven't been sleeping well at all for days now and I know it will be a wonderful experience!

I have been a Tempur- Pedic customer since 2005. I strongly believe that Tempur - Pedic has the best products in the world. The mattress is firm and gives me great support and comfort. I am especially pleased with my sale rep, Sydney Blankenship. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to and was able to address all of my concerns. Sydney gets my vote for employee of the month.

Sleep Quality improve by more than a 50 % and in combination with the massages and positions of your Tempur Base, and my Tempur Pillows; the bedroom is again my favorite house spot!!! Thanks for making real good products.

I wasn't sure about how long the "break in period" would take but after two weeks of sleeping on the mattress, I began to feel the difference and sleep better and better. I thought I bought the wrong firmness but after the 4th week, I knew I made the correct choice. After sleeping on other types of memory foam mattresses for over 10 years, I am totally convinced there is nothing better than my Tempur-ProAdapt. I will never go back to those other types and brands. Thank you Tempur-Pedic for giving me "The Best" mattress I've ever owned. Know more back pains or waking up several times in the night. I can't think of one thing I don't like or am sorry I spent a little more for a Tempur-Pedic. This is a quality product!

We have only had it two weeks. It took about a week to start getting used to it and now It is very comfortable. Easy to turn over and get out of the bed. It has more softening up to do, but we are already saying it is a keeper. It seems to be good at supporting our backs. I think it is a good compromise between a regular mattress and the other temperpedic mattresses we tried.
