Is ok. Not nearly as soft as my last mattress. Sides have no rigidity - can't sit on or sleep near the edge, for fear of falling right off. Also it is quite hot compared to other mattresses. Never before have I woke up sweating. For reference, we are using the same sheets, quilt, pillows, and room conditions.

We ordered the AdaptPro Firm mattress. It was a pricey purchase, but after the first night sleeping on it, we concluded it was worth every dollar dime and cent. We have been sleeping wrong ALL OUR LIVES. LOL. We are sleeping more sound and getting more quality sleep. We don't feel any movement from the other person. We love everything about it and wouldn't change anything.

The first night I slept in my new bed I went right to sleep. No tossing an turning absolute comfort. I just had my hips replaced and had a great deal of trouble sleeping. This is the first time I awoke with no headache or backache. I just love it an it makes me want to go to bed earlier than I use to.

We absolutely love this bed! Prior to this we had bought a "memory foam" bed on line that was suppose to be amazing (little to no reviews, no one heard of it) and what ended up happening is, it was not good enough! I would get out of bed and my whole body ached! I thought, "I guess this is what old feels like" (I'm 30 years old). My husband stands on his feet all day and would complain of back pain, again we assumed it was being over weight and getting old (he's 33). To our surprise the bed was firmer than the show model and took some getting used to, maybe 5 nights. I immediately noticed a difference when I woke up and stood up from the bed, no pain, and no aches! I feel completely young again! My husband hasn't had back pain since! He has more energy now and we could not be happier! We would recommend this type of bed for everyone! There is a reason why they are the best and we now know, we cant put a price a good sleep! I'm always skeptical of 5 star reviews since a radio station where I live is always talking about how many companies post a bunch of them to boost their sales, so I tend to read mostly 1 star reviews to see the negatives. Well, I did that for this mattress and saw so many people complaining about how the mattress is too firm or how they sink into the mattress and they can't even roll over or how the mattress is way too hot. For one, the mattress is definitely not too firm. It's "Medium Hybrid" so if you didn't want a decently firm mattress, maybe you shouldn't have ordered the next-to-most firm mattress. With that in mind, it's still not too firm. It's perfect. I don't wake up with a bunch of back pain like I used to. Secondly, if you are getting "stuck" in this mattress (the medium hybrid), then you are 100%, without a doubt, very overweight. I mean, you have to be if that is happening to you. Third, this is a cooling mattress. Few times have I slept on a cooler mattress in my life (if at all, ever). It feels great and definitely doesn't get super overheated feeling like people always say memory foam does. This is legit the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned, and I bought it without even first laying on it in a store. I've had it for at least a month, and I couldn't be more satisfied unless there is a deal I didn't know about where I pay less for the exact same mattress and it comes with servants who feed me while I lay here. Anyways, thanks so much tempur-pedic for making a mattress that has, for the most part, solved my sleeping woes.

The first couple of nights took some getting used to, but after that it was great. Very good temperature, very firm but adjusts to one's body shape. Best sleep in years and my wife's snoring is way down. It was easily twice the price of the next mattress but it is worth it. I added four KS foam pillows to go with it. Very comfortable.

We bought a Tempur-pedic mattress decades ago when they first came out... Then year's ago we bought a Sleep Number Adjustable bed... Now once again, we own a Tempur-pedic with their adjustable base. There is no comparison to the comfort and the base operates much smoother than the SN.

I was hesitant at first, I had heard that Tempur-pedic's could be hot to sleep on, and I am a very hot sleeper. I was also concerned it may be too firm, I like fluffy clouds, ha. However, I was so pleasantly surprised the first time I laid on it, how it literally felt like it was holding me. I have trouble with my hips hurting when I sleep, and this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I don't toss and turn anymore, and I don't wake up in night sweats. My husband also likes that it doesn't make noise when he gets up earlier than me in the morning, so he doesn't wake me. It is heavenly!!

I suffer from chronic back problems and my old bed definitely exacerbated the problem. I would often have to sleep in the guest bedroom for a better nights rest. But now I sleep much better, and I am considering upgrading my guestroom bed to a Tempurpedic too.
