[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew a mattress could hug you back, that it could embrace you the way tempur pedic proadapt does and make you feel like you are essentialy floating, weightless and releived of any and all pressure points. This bed has change my sleep quality and set a new standard for what a mattress should feel like. I am very happy with my purchase and tempur pedic has earned one more loyal cutomer for many years to come.

I tried in store, was very comfortable. When this was delivered much to hard. I gave it 4 weeks. Would awake with back pain. They did pick up mattress but had to pay for foundation. $400. They wanted me to pay for shipping but explained I was having to take a day off work to be home. So they did let me out off shipping charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sleep on my side, so having a soft bed is a must. This mattress has done wonders for my sleep. I sleep extremely well at night now compared to my old mattress. highly recommend this mattress to any side sleepers.

My new Tempur-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid is a dream to sleep on. I don't think I have ever slept better. I could not have made a better selection. Buying directly from Tempur-Pedic included white gloves deliver service at no additional cost, something the mattress stores don't give you.

I always thought I was getting a good night's sleep until my new Tempur-pedic ProAdapt became a part of my life! I wake up with a completely rested body now. The plus is that the adjustable bed makes my legs feel so much better. I suffer from adult onset muscular dystrophy and the various settings are so helpful with my comfort. TV watching is an added plus!

Husband and I both have bad backs, but apparently have grown to thrive on our 11 year old Tempurpedic, which was firm initially, but with constant use by us and two large dogs had apparently became a bit less firm. Our mistake was not going to the store to try the mattresses. When my husband finally did go he received quality advice from the sales person, thus making the decision to exchange the firm ProAdapt twin mattress for a second Medium ProAdapt. Tempurpedic was more than sympathetic and helpful. Their 90 day exchange policy is more than fair. We needed to pay an additional shipping fee, but, after agonizing for days about this finally decided the medium was the way to go. We do appreciate Tempurpedic's flexibility. Thank you, all!

I'm a tempur fan and after having the rhapsody for 10 years it was time to upgrade. I purchased this bed and it was initially hard but so was my first bed. I expected it but I did purchase the bed topper which was expensive but well worth it. I wanted a firm bed but until it settles to my body I needed a back up plan. Regardless it was worth the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went to a retail store to figure out what type of bed we would like and kept coming back to the Pro-Adapt: Medium Hybrid, after trying several other options. The in store bed was obviously broke in and quite comfortable. The retailer was going to charge quite a bit more for the bed so we ordered our mattress online from Tempurpedic.com. The shipping speed was fairly fast. However the bed was not quite like the in store bed which is normal. There is a break in period for new mattresses and we are 60 days in and it still doesn't quite feel like the in store one. We are going to keep trying it for the recommended time to see if the mattress feel improves. I will say my wife and I are sleeping fine though, we just thought the break in period wouldn't take this long.

We decided to swap an older I-Comfort for the Tempur-Pedic. We have a Tempur-Pedic in our guest room which used to be our mattress. After the I-Comfort started to break down, we decided to go with what we knew had like. There was a marked difference in the Tempur over the I-Comfort. We are sleeping better and waking up with no aches in pains. I would encourage buyers to go to a retail outlet and not buy on-line.

We bought something else. As soon as it was delivered, I think we instantly regretted it, but we lived with it for a decade. Crappy sleep finally caught up with us and we could tolerate it no longer. After a brief call with the customer service department to ensure we got the EXACT SAME MATTRESS as we had before, we ended up with the ProAdapt. First night, I got 4 hours of deep sleep according to my watch. I literally passed out on it. I've been sleeping like a dream ever since. We love this mattress and with their return policy, if it's not for you, you can return it.
