[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a Tempur-Pedic for years. I held off due to the pricetag. However, after recently being in an auto accident, I was miserable at night. I would toss and turn and was in extreme pain. I decided it was time for the Tempu-Pedic, regardless of the cost. It has been the best decision I have made and regret not doing it sooner. I sleep incredibly better and it helps greatly reduce my pain. I absolutely love my new bed. Only downside: I never want to get out of it.

I had my first ever major accident at home and needed back surgery, when I came home after discharge I tried to love our mattress we had, but after 11 years of that mattress it was the most uncomfortable one yet lol. My wife and I went mattress shopping and we forgot how much these things were lol, so we sat, laid, roll, and felt a lot of mattresses. With all that being said my back chose this one, all I can say is wow at the price tag and wow at the mattress. We figured we don't go mattress shopping often why not invest in great sleep and comfort? We are so glad we did this mattress is amazing on comfort, my wife and I seriously only slept for like 5-6hours a night, but this thing seriously knocks us out till the kids come running in lol. I would recommend this brand to every shopper out there. P.S. my back is doing so much better from this bed thank you again tempurpedic.

So far I am happy with our purchase. This mattress forms around your body and I sleep more on my back that ever before. I'm usually a side sleeper, but for some reason, I find myself more on my back. Really like the comfort and I'm hoping it lasts a very long time. Very pricey though.

My husband and I went to the mattress store and spent a long time testing out each mattress. The one we chose was not Tempur-pedic. We both have physical disabilities and each night we would toss and turn. In the morning, I would wake up with shoulder, leg and hip pain. The salesman did tell us that Tempur-pedic was the best mattress for that, but we did not listen. After a month of not sleeping through an entire night, we went back to the store an exchanged the mattress for a Tempur-pedic. We finally were able to sleep comfortably and through the night and wake uo without being in pain.

A year ago, we were sleeping on an all foam Ghost Bed and I had lower back pain every morning. We went to a mattress store and did their assessment and ended up with a Sealy Posturepedic Medium Hybrid with an adjustable base. That alleviated almost all of my lower back pain, but I still slept with a pillow under my knees most nights. We have been sleeping on the Pro-Adapt for 3 weeks now and my lower back pain is gone, it seems my support needs are finally being met. My husband didn't experience the same issues as I, but he did comment this is the most comfortable mattress we have slept on yet. I would now pay for the level of quality Tempur-Pedic provides, I'm a convert! For those on the fence, consider this. If a mattress lasts for 7-10 years, your daily cost for amazing sleep is less than a cup of coffee. Would that be worth it to you?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a veteran with multiple disabilities. The biggest issue relate to my back. Normally, I'm a back sleeper and my old bed gave me problems over the last year. My wife suggested that we invest in other bed because she notice the lack of sleep and back problem I have been suffering over the last year. We did our research over the last couple months and came to conclusion that the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid was the bed for us. I have been resting much better and my back problem are resolving itself. I'm a big man and would recommend for the guys like me.

This mattress is proving to be much more comfortable than my previous one that was Extra Firm. The mattress give complete support while being much more comfortable to sleep on. I always look forward to going to bed because I know I'll be sleep comfortably every time. I've also noticed my existing bedding fits this mattress as well or better as it is slightly small length and width while being 2 inches deeper. I do need to retuck the top sheet in again every morning after I get out of bed. It is a little more challenging to make my bed as I have to push the bedding around and under the hoop at the foot. I was told I could remove the mattress outer cover and wash it but it will be at least a two or perhaps a three person job as the Mattress is heavier than my previous one and it is not ridgid so it is more difficult to handle. There are four handles attached to the bottom of the mattress outer cover, two on either side to help.

Only had it a few weeks and it has big shoes to fill as we switched from a Stearns and Foster hybrid that we loved, but moving up to a king and figured this was our chance to finally try a Tempur. The soft is incredibly firm, I can't imagine anything firmer being comfortable. We both enjoy it and both are able to sleep in positions we never have been able to comfortable in before. I haven't slept on my back for decades, but now find myself waking up on my back. It sleeps cool as well! The ONLY con I can think of is the depth of the mattress. It's not thin, but it's not as thick as many, so the fitted sheets tend to come undone at the corners. Or kids mentioned this problem with theirs, and sure enough, we have the same thing. No regrets we have already recommended to some friends. Happy customers so far.

I purchased the soft model of this mattress because I don't like firm and I have the mattress for almost 4 weeks now and it's still so firm they told me to give some time to adjust but I have more back pain ever sense I start sleeping on it. This mattress plus base cost over $4k and it's not comfortable at all will definitely return it.
