My new tempur-pedic and ease adjustible frame give me the best nights sleep I have ever experienced in my 65 years of sleeping. Wish I would have brought them years ago. I now sleep all through the night. Wake up refreshed and no back and hip pain! I have highly recommended to all my friends and family. Don't waste another night on your current mattress. We unfortunately had to use our warranty because our mattress was sagging after 4 years. We decided to upgrade to a better mattress. When delivered it felt like a concrete slab! We slept one night & it was miserable, called Tempurpedic the next morning & we were told we could NOT exchange for a different mattress because it was a warranty replacement! SO, apparently Tempurpedic can send out any crappy mattress they want & if it's a warranty replacement the customer has ZERO RECOURSE! Unbelievable that they would treat 15+ years customers like this!!

We have always had a Tempurpedic mattress and loved it. Last year we decided to invest in a new Tempurpedic mattress since ours was 20+ years old and purchased the Split King Firm Pro Adapt mattress and motion base. Worst decision ever!! The firm felt great in the showroom but once we got it home it was super hard! Decided to give it a period of time to break in but time did not help. Now we are stuck with this horrible mattress and new back and shoulder pain. Don't waste your money!!

The soft is soft yet firm. It's very very comfortable. I had the firm but it was to firm for me. I tried the medium and the hybrid and they just didn't work for me but when I tried the soft I could tell right away this is the one. Ever since it's like I have been sleeping on a cloud.

Both my husband and I were experiencing regular back pain with our previous mattress. That pain has been eliminated since the first night with the Tempur-ProAdapt Hybrid. I actually look forward to getting in the bed every night now!

our old matress i experience a back pain and always waking up my back shoulder are so hurt, Now that My husband and I got a tempurpedic we love to have a tempurpedic (Firm) my husband is a tummy sleeper and I am a back sleeper we always wake up so good and we always feel a long sleep and not tired when waking up.

I switched from 1 brand new mattress to this, thinking it would be great for a side sleeper as well as being cooler, I was wrong. It still 100 degrees and have to toss and turn as it is very stiff. Feels more like an extra firm mattress than medium. I am hoping it will get softer, but right now it is like sleeping on cement.

I'm a 130 lb side sleeper and my partner is a 185 lb side sleeper. The mattress was very firm when it arrived. After sleeping on it about 2 weeks, it softened to the point where we just sunk down into it. No support. Horrible back pain. We gave it 5 weeks total but eventually returned it to the store.

We have a split California king mattress with adjustable bases, medium hybrid. We absolutely love them! It took a couple weeks getting used to the change from a traditional old mattress. My husband had a lot of back pain, and snoring. This has been a life changer! He has no back pain and far less snoring! I look forward to going to bed now! So comfortable! I was leery of some of the very negative reviews, but we haven't experienced any issues! I don't believe they are hot mattresses. We sleep with a sheet and one blanket and it's perfect. I would highly recommend! My husband is a large frame guy and I am smaller, and it works for both of us! Now the next thing will be to see how long they last! But that's a separate subject down the road.

Upgraded from a 10yr old pillow top off-brand. Same sleep since day 1. Restful, and I am no longer stiff and sore every morning. I used to be eager to get out of bed so my headaches would ease. Now, I want to sleep later and longer. As a marathon runner, every minute of rest is critical to recovery. I am highly satisfied with my new matress, and recommend the brand to anyone replacing what they have.
