Most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. After 4 hours get woken up by neck,shoulder and back pain.

The medium hybrid is more on the firm side I sure hope it breaks in fast are I will have to get a new mattress, you need to make a soft hybrid

I am dealing with Temperpeduic from years , I never saw customer service and quality like this a++++++

Too firm for us, but it is a good mattress and would recommend it to anyone who needs a firm mattress
