The bed is the store was misleading because it was not as firm as the bed we got, this way to firm for someone who just had back surgery

Good choice

I'm still trying to get use to it. Little more firm than I like. It does hurt my lower back. Hoping in time I'll adjust

Finally a comfy mattress

I don't toss and turn anymore. The best sleep in years. Every penny is worth it. The pillows are amazing too.

We both love the feel and comfortable bed rest. We love waking up and wr do not want to jump out of bed. So refreshing!

Best mattress ever!

This is our second Tempur-pedic mattress. We have tried other brands but nothing comes close to the sleep we get from the Tempur Proadapt.

No other mattress for us

Great Quality, you get what you pay for

I have bought 4 mattresses from you. The first one bought in 2006 is still in our guest room and fantastic. The second one worked for 11 years and then you guys gave us credits to buy the two we have now. Also fantastic. My wife's mattress (we have split king) which is a medium is still great.  Mine (firm) has been far less than impressive. But the worst of it is the dishonest way you “assess” damage. We did everything right. You refused our warranty claim because there are 2 pencil eraser sizes stains on the mattress cover (NOT on mattress. On mattress cover!!!). Your assessor said this is “water damage”. Complete and utter nonsense. Especially as the mattress sags on one side and the “water damage” is on the side with no issues.

I can't believe it only lasted 3 years

We've had the Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt mattress for about a month now, and it has been a great purchase for us. From the first week, we noticed better sleep quality and waking up with much less pain and stiffness. The mattress provides excellent support while still feeling comfortable and pressure-relieving.

One thing we really appreciate is how well it conforms to your body without feeling too soft or “sinking in.” Motion transfer is minimal too, which helps if one person moves during the night. After a month of use, we're very happy with it and would definitely recommend the ProAdapt to anyone looking for better comfort and support, especially if they deal with aches and pains while sleeping.
