This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. Greatest dang mattress I've EVER owned. I'm a 54 year old man 8n great shape compared to my friends. I didn't need some crazy bed because my back ached or something.. It was Just Time for a new bed. I went with this memory foam as opposed to the standard springs.. Best thing I ever did. I'll NEVER go back. Best night's sleep you'll ever have. I like a firm mattress and this was perfect. Some peeps complain like it's too firm or something.. It's NOT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mattress is amazing. I sleep a little hotter than my old one but overall it's pretty great. I should have got the 5" platform instead of the ultra low 2". PS - King size only comes in two twin foundations if that helps!

We looked at Tempur Pedic for 3 reasons: 1. I sleep hot 2. I have lower back pain 3. I'm allergic to latex The mattress we chose is firm and cool. Even my sheets feel great whereas before I would wake up in a puddle of sweat! Although not totally gone, my back is 99% better. We got the adjustable base and couldn't be happier with our sleeping and reading options. Pricey yes, but worth every penny!

Purchased our Pro Adapt Firm to replace a Tempur-Pedic purchased in 2004 ...I had spinal fusion surgery then and bought it on my Doctors recommendation...my wife recently had a similar back surgery and we decided to retire our old mattress and get a new upgrade with an Ease Base...we continue to be happy and comfortable...especially our backs...Count us VERY SATISFIED Customers...

Well they all said it would take time to get use the our new mattress, and they were right !! It's been about 2 weeks and I think we are finally getting use to the firmness. I have to admit my back has been feeling better, so it must be working. Sure in time, we will be loving this bed. I do love the firm pillows we got. I use to sleep with 2 pillows, not I just use one. For this price ... we better start loving it...

It has caused me back and neck pain. I can't get to sleep at night because it is so uncomfortable. I have slept in the back of a pickup truck when I was younger when we went camping that was more comfortable. I regret the day that I purchased this over priced horrible mattress. I'm sure temper - pedic will not do anything about it. Once you buy it it's yours forever and ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how comfortable this mattress is. I had trouble sleeping because of tossing, turning, and being uncomfortable on my old mattress. The first night I slept on this mattress, I drifted off. I have been having fewer sleep disturbances and less back pain, and I notice I don't toss and turn to get into a comfortable position to fall asleep. I am so happy I chose the Pro-adapt Hybrid mattress and could get a decent night's sleep.

We have the best nights sleep now. We had heard rumors that we would need time to get used to our new mattress. We adapted the very first night. The most comfortable mattress ever. It also only takes us about 2 minutes to fall asleep, no more tossing and turning. We have been married for almost 40 years, so we have tested and owned quite a few mattress and this one is by far the best!

We always love tempurpedic mattresses for their quality and great for our backs. We are waiting for our cal king mattress to wear out so we can replace it with another tempurpedic mattress soon.
