I have 4 bulging discs in my back and sleeping had become so painful I'd opt to sleep on the floor or couch at times. I also sleep hot and experienced the heat of a poor quality memory foam. Since getting my ProAdapt Firm I'm finally able to sleep pain-free and get out of the bed without having to creatively "roll" out of bed. I am so in love and grateful. It was quite an investment, but it cut down on numbness and shooting pain was amazing. I did try the Pro Adapt Medium at first because I was afraid the Firm would be too stiff but boy was I wrong so I swapped it for the Firm...go with the Firm if you need the support. It will conform. It is AMAZING. If only I could afford the Tempur Breeze King-size in a Firm so I could get rid of my boyfriend's Nectar!!!!! I'd be winning everywhere.

This mattress (as well as the pillows) is quite comfortable and we both seem to be sleeping better since this purchase. This is our first experience with an adjustable bed frame and we like it very much. The product(s) also provides some relief for my bad back.

I finally just bought this one, and when I say I have never slept better, its an understatement. I actually sleep through the night now, and my husband who has a bad back hasn't complained in one month. It was a costly investment, but after the great sleep we are getting it is well worth it.

I normally do not do reviews but this weekend, we visited the Frontenac store in Ladue,MO. Corinne- our sales associate was awesome. From the time we arrived and explained we were trying to learn about their beds, their bases, she took it from there. Had great questions from both of us, wanted to understand our sleep regiment and from there began demo process on various mattresses and bases. Great experience. We have never owned a mattress like this before and can't wait to experience it. Corrinne made this a great experience and it was a true pleasure working with her. We left there Saturday, talked about it and returned Sunday. Had a few more questions, tested bed again and guess what- made the purchase.Thank you for everything you did for us as I would highly recomend her to anybody in the St.Louis area that is ready to make a change in their mattress but maybe their sleep style to receive the best night ever. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to wake up with a body ache, painful shoulder, not well rested and tired before using tempur pedic firm mattress. When the tenpur pedic mattress arrived, I was skeptical initially because it says firm because when I lay down on it, the mattress slightly conforms to my body. After a week of using it, I wake up everyday without bodyaches!!! My shoulder pain from sleeping on my sides are gone! I wake up fresh and well rested! There's a cooling effect on top of the mattress as well that will definitely help during summer season. I've finally found the mattress that my body loves sleeping on!

We owned a Tempur-Pedic Rhapsody mattress for many years. We were waking up many times thru the night, as our body was hurting. With our new Pro Adapt soft, we are sleeping thru the night and waking up feeling rested. The mattress is firm enough to be supportive, but soft enough to keep our shoulders and hips cradled. I know there are a lot of copy cat memory foam mattresses, but I am a loyal Tempur-Pedic customer. These mattresses hold up the way cheaper mattresses cannot. The only problem is that I can't wait to get back into bed after my day!

I was waking three to four times in a seven hour period with my previous mattress for years. I have had my mattress for about a month now. I wake 0-1 times a night now. But I do think that the bed base has a lot to do with it also. You really need them both to get the effect that you need.

We love our new bed and only wish we'd replaced our old Tempurpedic mattress sooner. We waited too long (13 years) until we found ourselves waking up with aches and pains every morning. After the very first night on our new Pro-Adapt mattress, we awoke refreshed. There was no break-in period whatsoever (even with the "firm" we purchased), just an immediate good night's sleep followed by another and then another. We won't wait until our backs give out again before purchasing our next one. Tempurpedic is totally worth the money for us. (We even bought one for our three-year-old as his first "big boy bed.")
