This is my 2nd tempur pedic. 11 years ago I bought a firm classic twin, & it was the first mattress I could sleep on that I never had any pain. For 11 years I used that mattress, & slowly saved up for a new one. I recently bought an adapt medium twin, but it was too soft & gave me pain. So I exchanged it for a firm pro adapt twin, & know that it will serve me well as did my first tempur pedic twin. I will have this one for a long time to come. Thank you for providing such a good product, especially for people with back issues. I only wish it were not so expensive.

I've suffered back pain due to bad mattress and pillow. The firm Tempur pedic mattress is the only mattress that helped ease the pain and offered a good night sleep. My other half loves it just as must as I do. I love the fact that is contour to my every move without that sinking feeling from most foam mattress. It's pricey but we'll worth the money.

I'm 4'10 about 118lbs, strict side sleeper (person #1) and partner is 5'2 about 220lbs, can sleep however (person #2). This bed is fairly firm and perfect for #2- even converted #2 from a stomach to back and side sleeper. #1 has history of back and hip issues- the mattress has been great in these areas, but now #1 suffers from elbow and shoulder pain due to the firm pressure of the mattress- as a side sleeper, I feel tortured flipping in pain from one side to the other all night. I like the fitted sheets and the ergo adjustable bed frame. My advise: if you are 2 people at different sizes, get your own mattress, this is too firm for a petite person

As a side sleeper I have suffered with waking up with tremendous shoulder pain that slowly eases throughout the morning. With my new tempurpedic the pain disappeared from the first morning. Amazing! This mattress is super comfortable and provides all the support I need.

My husband and I had our old hybrid about 10 years and were beginning to experience back and neck pain. We purchased this mattress and immediately knew we made the right decision and our sleep improved greatly. There isn't anything I don't like about the mattress. However, my husband, who is heavier, says because the mattress conforms to your body, he tends to sink in more and when he wants to turn over he feels like he has to almost dig himself out. But after a couple of weeks he's adjusted and it's ok now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's only been a week since we purchased the ProAdapt, so far, so good. This mattress is great if you like a Firm mattress. When Tempur-Pedic says Firm, they really do mean Firm. It may take a few nights of sleep, to get use it. One thing that really made a difference, we purchased the Tempur-Pedic sheets. Cool and comfortable.

The queen TEMPUR-ProAdapt Firm mattress is just what I was hoping for. A quality mattress made in America with quality sourcing, with the firmness that my 6 foot 3 230lb frame needed after 20 plus years of sleeping on a standard spring mattress. I wanted a firm feel and then to slowly conform to my body weight in just the right ways. It has only been 3 weeks, but I am just loving it and so is my back and body! Highly recommend this Firm mattress if firm is what you need.

I love my Tempur Pedic mattress. Despite the fact that its a sauna, my good I'm sweating all the night. I'm buying cooling pads to see if i can refresh myself. Saying that, i think its the best mattress i ever own my back has gone from imposible pain to no pain at all. For this reason i will definitely recommend this mattress.

I have always been a huge fan of Tempur-Pedic beds. We love our new Hybrid. I love that I can't feel my husband move around and that my back is starting to feel better. The firm was a little too firm for us so we went with the Hybrid and love it. My arm no longer falls asleep when I lay on my side with this bed. It's been a game changer for my back. Very satisfied

Ok people, I'm 22 years old. I've slept in three beds in my entire life. Obviously started out in a crib, moved to a twin and slept on that same mattress until about 19. Moved in with my fiance and sleeping in a king mattress until May 11th 2020 when our Split King Pro-Adapt mattresses finally arrived! We both got to the point where we were having a lot of problems in our old mattress. He has sciatic nerve issues occasionally and is always tossing and turning. I am a very light sleeper and was barely sleeping the last 3 weeks before our new mattress was delivered. The nerves in my lower legs also seem to go crazy when I am laying down so any type of movement from my fiance makes it that much more stressful especially when he thinks he has to launch hmself in and out of bed in the middle of the night lol. It was miserable! We decided to get a firm split king because of our different needs though we both wanted a firm mattress and I had read previous reviews where some people no longer felt their partner move around so that really made me want a split king. We decided to pair it with the Ergo adjustable base (Separate review.. life changing) and it took over a month to get everything delivered but finally low and behold we are sleeping better! Love me a firm mattress! Our old one just felt too soft and I couldn't seem to find a position where my body truley felt relaxed. I barely feel him moving around and the nerves in my legs have calmed down so much I would assume due to now I sleep wih the bottom end of the mattress lifted (Thanks Ergo base)! I have been sleeping better though still having some issues on night where I just can't sleep. I am getting ready to buy some new pillows from here that I think will work with the mattress and base and completely fix all of my problems! If you get a firm, once you set it up, it will feel really hard but don't be alarmed! That will change when it warms up to the temp of the room. When we set it up and sat on it, we looked at each other like uhhhhhhh this is like laying on cement and we were hoping we didn't just make a giant mistake lol but nope it was perfect once it warmed up! Only thing that kind of sucks is that I read you shouldn't use heated blankets on the mattress. I have been using a heated blanket the passed 2 years since my feet can't ever get warm. They are always freezing cold at night and would cramp up in the middle of the night so I'm having a lot more cramping now but it's a small price to pay. I think I just need a better comforter. Overall, I love this mattress and am trying to convince my parents they should get one too! Was well worth the money! You spend a big portion of your life in bed. Might as well be comfy! All of my future bed products will now be purchased through Tempur-Pedic!
