Like sleeping on "HOT CONCRETE".My entire body is in pain this morning. HOT too. "OMG" and I purchased the soft one. Soft means soft to me. Soft must mean "CONCRETE" to tempurpedic. Cool means cool to me. Cool obviously means "FIRE HOT" to tempurpedic. STUCK WITH THIS EXTREMELY OVER PRICED SLAB OF "HOT CONCRETE " !!!!!!!!!! I would not give it one star but that option isn't provided. This purchase has sickened me!!!!

I'm very happy with this mattress and I slept good on this Temper ProAdapt Soft mattress. This is recommended mattress for the side sleepers after I did the mattress questionnaire. Only bad thing about it is that the frame has huge staple shape metal frame that hold the mattress at the foot end where I lean on to put on socks or pant. It was so uncomfortable to lean on the foot end of the bed. So now I lean on near the corner instead.

I had a cloud for 7 years that started to sag and Tempur-Pedic stood up to its promise and fulfilled my warranty. Just a week after my claim I received my new bed. It's amazing! I am so impressed by them standing by their product and am in love with my new bed. Comfortable on day 1. After 2 spine surgeries (including a fusion) I could not be more comfortable! Slept all night without a bit of pain. Thank you tempurpedic!! You have a customer for life! The pro adapt hybrid medium is the perfect balance of comfort and support.

This is our second experience with TEMPUR-PEDIC mattresses. We purchased one in years ago and it is still in use today by another family member. We passed it along to another family member due to heat generated while sleeping. We were pleased to find that TEMPUR-PEDIC adapted to newer technology and incorporated COOL technology into the Pro Adapt mattress. The mattress is comfortable, however, it does not retain the coolness that was experienced as we tested the model in the store. We feel this could be caused by the TEMPER-PEDIC factory mattress cover we purchased and installed. Overall the mattress is good and we are happy with the performance. We believe the defining test will be during our high humidity, hot Florida summer that is fast approaching.

We have not seen any difference yet, we're having worse back and neck pain. We were told to use it for 120 days before we could see any difference. We are using this bed over a little over 2 weeks now. The bed retains heat. So prepare to lower your thermostat. We will give another review after the time frame.

I bought the Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid as a warranty replacement for my old 2007 Deluxe mattress. The Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid is MUCH better, although I think I could have gone with the regular Pro Adapt Medium. The hybrid has a slightly softer feel despite the fact it is also a medium. I thought the regular Pro Adapt medium was too firm when trying beds, but now that I've had the hybrid, maybe the regular medium would have been better. Maybe not. I'm 115 lbs, 5' 1 1/2", back sleeper with back and hip pain. I sleep pretty well on the new bed. The old Deluxe was 10" thick, which I preferred. The PA Hybrid is 12". I wish it wasn't so thick since I'm short. FYI, sitting on the edge of the hybrid is fine. I found I tended to slide off the edge of the regular Pro Adapt Medium. Another reason I went with the hybrid. Overall pleased, but with it wasn't such a thick mattress.

This is definitely one of the best mattresses money can buy!!! My wife and I are 100% super-super satisfied with the purchase of our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm California Split King mattresses. One word to sum up how we feel each and everyday we wake up "Refreshed" Oh did I already mention the part how each and every morning my wife and I hate to get up from laying in our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm mattress? (lol). Yes, these mattresses are that darn comfortable! You won't want to get up from laying on it! Highly recommend going to a sleep center and checking it out for yourslef and with Tempurpedic's 90 day sleep trial how can you go wrong?! I promise-promise you won't be upset if you check this mattress out, but I know without a doubt that if you don't you will definitely be missiing out on the best (dab-nab-it) sleep you ever experienced in your entire life! Purchased the ProAdapt Firm king mattress ~1.5 years ago and is already in need of replacement, not comfy, indentations where we both lay, overall dissatisfied especially considering the price point. I should mention we also purchased the corresponding foundation, so the mattress is properly supported. Missed the window to return unfortunately, and instead was talked into a bed topper which did not help the situation either. The only positive is the "motion cancellation" I can't feel my spouse tossing and turning. We loved our 1st Tempur-Pedic, sorry to say we cannot say the same for the ProAdapt Firm.

I waited over four years to finally buy this mattress and I am so in love with it. I will admit the first few days were not good, it took a few days to get used to the feel and I tossed and turned a bit. But now after having it for three weeks my husband and I just love it and sleep so good. Everybody asks me if it's hot and NO it's not all. We live near Sacramento and the Summers are very warm here and I think my old mattress felt so much warmer. Also I got the Pro Adapt Cooling Pillows in Mid height and I love those too. You will NOT regret buying this mattress and pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the original Tempurpedic bed, which I really like, for over 12 years, so when it was time for something new, I upgraded to the Medium Hybrid. I thought I great bed before, but the new one is so good it's beyond words. This sleeps cooler, is firmer around the edges, and is just fantastic all around. It is almost indescribable how comfortable this bed is. It's almost like sleeping on air. It is truly amazing. I've tried to think of something I don't like about it but really can't find anything. I love this bed more than I can put in words.
