The soft mattress is great. The pillows are comfortable and the bed head and foot raising is great. My back feels a lot better in the morning. Only thing I wish I had gotten a king size vs queen. Always had a king bed but decided to downsize. It's still great.

My experience is that I REALLY believe the commercials that I see in TV that recommend this mattress to people. At first, I was not able to adjust it to make me comfortable. I had my boyfriend and I sleeping on a slant and we were hanging on for dear life... But now, I got this!!! I have the bed PERFECT!!!! Nothing else need to be said..!

Wife and I originally tried the luxeAdapt bed which turned out to be really firm (despite being the softest model). When speaking to customer service, they made it very easy to switch within our 90 day window. I expected to jump through hoops to make that happen, but everyone I spoke to was very positive and made this exchange painless. The ProAdapt Soft is a much better bed for us due to being smaller. Very happy with our purchase!

Almost 30 days in on our new mattress. Pleasantly surprised with comfort of a firm since I am a side sleeper. Adjustable base is great for tv watching & congested nights when suffering from a cold or allergies. Hubby has not complained of back pain so far. Would definitely recommend to others.

I have hip & shoulder problems and this mattress allows me to sleep so comfortably throughout the night now! I love how it supports my whole body! We also have their amazing pillows too! I did not intend to buy a foam mattress. In fact I was against it because of my experience years ago. I'm still not sure why I purchased a Tempur-pedic, but I am glad I did. I was ready to send it back after a few nights because it sleeps totally different from a regular mattress. But I decided to give it a fair shot and wow! I am sleeping all through the night with no pressure point pain in the mornings. I am getting a good, restful nights sleep and waking up feeling good again. No back aches, neck aches, hip aches. I wouldn't have believed it.. but I do now.

With my other mattress I would have to roll out of bed. After 8+ days of this mattress I find my mornings much easier and a super sound comfortable sleep I can actually bend upright and pivot out of bed like a kid again. I would recommend this mattress to anyone. It's a complete game changer for me

Delivery was messed up twice with no regret for the impact it made on our lives. Limited communication to fix the issue; we were told we would get free pillows to make up for the difficulty, no communication since. When we reach out to Tempur-Pedic we were met with condescending responses and messages stating they couldn't find our order with our email despite sending screen shots of the purchase and exchanges with customer service. Despite the like or dislike of the bed we will never purchase from this company again. Customer service makes the difference and what we have received has been horrid

So soft and firm, don't feel my partner when he gets in or even my dogs! It's just perfection! I have chronic neck pain and wow I wake up comfort and ready to face my day!
