[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After being diagnosed with Lymphoma in January, I began undergoing treatment in a facility two hours from home. At the suggestion of my patient advocate, I stayed at Gertrude C Hope, a home away from home for cancer patients. One of the beds was a tempurpedic! Best sleep ever. Before the third day, I ordered one for my home. There is nothing negative I can say about this mattress!

Best mattress I've ever had! Took about a week to break in. Took about 3 weeks for the new smell to subside. Very comfortable, if you are comparing the Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid to the Probreeze Medium Hybrid, the Pro Adapt is a tad softer than the Probreeze. Would never buy a regular mattress again, Tempurpedic is the way to go.

This is a replacement for an original Tempur mattress. Before purchasing this mattress we did a lot of trying other mattresses, on line research etc. Once we laid on this new Tempur we wondered why we even thought about a different brand. The adjustable base makes it even better Best sleep I've had in a year since having shoulder surgery

We purchased the Pro Adapt soft mattress after trying one at the local store. Once delivered the labels show it to be the same one but this one is very firm / hard. My wife has back issues and this is making it worse, not better. After a couple months of no change, we have made arrangements with the store to replace it with a different mattress - not Tempurpedic. We had a Tempurpedic years ago but this one was not like it was. Very disappointed.

The combination of TEMPUR material and premium spring coils brings comfort, pressure relief, and reinforcement-a true blessing after a long day of work and a lengthy drive home. The pressure-relieving foam provides soothing support to my back problem. What I appreciate most is the breathable material and SmartClimate Cover System, ensuring I stay cool throughout the night. Waking up feeling hot and uncomfortable was a major issue for me before, but not with this mattress. Additionally, its removable and washable cover makes it super easy to keep clean. It's currently a little firmer than medium, but I understand that it needs to 'break in' to my body and will hopefully soften over time to its true feel and provide the perfect balance of support and plushness for an even more restful night's sleep. I like the feel of the mattress and its support. I have the Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Medium Hybrid California King. Before purchasing I read comments regarding "sleeping hot" but I did not take them seriously. If you purchase this mattress I believe that you will feel the hotness as I am awaken by it numerous times during the night. Again, it a good mattress with a wonderful feel to its sleeping surface but it is the "hotness" that ruins it for me. I recommend this product but with the aforementioned provisos. Pretty unhappy now and I don't know what to do.

Like sleeping on "HOT CONCRETE".My entire body is in pain this morning. HOT too. "OMG" and I purchased the soft one. Soft means soft to me. Soft must mean "CONCRETE" to tempurpedic. Cool means cool to me. Cool obviously means "FIRE HOT" to tempurpedic. STUCK WITH THIS EXTREMELY OVER PRICED SLAB OF "HOT CONCRETE " !!!!!!!!!! I would not give it one star but that option isn't provided. This purchase has sickened me!!!!

We have been happily sleeping on Tempurpedic mattresses for 20+ years. Recently, though, I developed shoulder arthritis, and I was waking up with shoulder pain. We switched our old (still good!) firm Tempurpedic for this softer version. No more shoulder pain! Tempurpedic mattresses have consistently given us our best sleeps. As our bodies change over time, updating the style of mattress we sleep on makes good sense. (Our friends' six-foot, six-inches adult child was delighted to adopt our like-new king-size mattress, and loves it as much as we did. Tempurpedics seemingly 'last forever.')

The mattress felt very firm from the start. It is not softening nearly as much as I want - it's still not like the showroom mattress or the two different soft tempur pedic mattresses I've slept on in the past. I'm 3 1/2 weeks in to the 'break in' period and I hope it improves soon. I'm disappointed - I was really looking forward to a great experience.

Does not relieve pressure points or give you a good sleep experience. I started complaining to Living Spaces where we bought it after a couple of months and was told it takes awhile to adapt and give it 3 months, then 6 months then sorry you'll have to take it up with Temperpedic Warranty Department. They told me how sorry to hear of my bad experience and to take a bunch of pictures and send in but if mattress didn't have 3/4 inch depression they would not replace it. Wear is uneven not that severe of depression but uneven wear all over mattress which leads me to believe support is not good. When we bought mattress I was lead to believe body heat made foam conform to body and then spring back. This is after less than 2 years and me being 165 pounds and my husband 195 pounds! We went and bought a Temperpedic pillow topper hoping that might help and it just shows big depression on both sides where we sleep. We took it off to get pictures of mattress and found the foam on the topper is cracked in several spots. No wonder we're not getting good support. I wonder if the inside of mattress shows the same deterioration! I wake up after a couple of hours with hip hurting and my shoulder had become extremely painful. I went to Orthopedic doctor and X-ray shows tendinitis in rotator cuff likely causing pain. Not doing any sports, lifting or consistent motion to cause this. My back pain is worse also. I wouldn't call that a real great nights sleep!!! .
