We bought a Tempur-pedic mattress decades ago when they first came out... Then year's ago we bought a Sleep Number Adjustable bed... Now once again, we own a Tempur-pedic with their adjustable base. There is no comparison to the comfort and the base operates much smoother than the SN.

The Pro Adapt is the most comfortable mattress my husband and I have ever owned. It relieves all pressure points for a amazing night's sleep. I'm a side sleeper but with this mattress I have also been able to sleep on my back with no lower back pain! I have noticed I'm dreaming more so I'm in a deeper sleep than our old mattress. If you are considering this mattress, it will not disappoint! We're very happy with our purchase!

Not only did we pick the right size (king), but we also selected the best, most bought mattress in the USA. We also loved the fact the it is made in Kentucky (where my husband is from). We had no idea that we could sleep so soundly EVERY night. Sometimes we go to bed early because it is so comfortable. I find myself taking a nap on it instead of the couch. This mattress is quality made and should be the last we have to buy.

The warranty process was pretty easy, very friendly and helpful support! I love the new mattress! Just under 10 years my old Advantage began to not support me and sag. I called and followed their directions and in less than two weeks I have my new mattress! I have been sleeping on it now for about a month and it is wonderful. I did notice the "smell" but it was not that bad, I can still smell it when I change the sheets but thats it!!! Sleeping like a baby now! I have noticed that it is quite abit cooler sleeping than my old Advantage. One negative I have about the ProAdapt is NONE of my old sheets fit it, the matt​re​ss is very thick. I had to purchase (BOGO) from Tempurpedic but I guess it was time to get new sheets anyways. They were over 5 years old :)

My husband and I were involved in a major car accident that left both of us with severe injuries, including a broken neck for me. After spending 3 months in a cervical collar and not being able to lie flat, I suffered from many issues that made sleeping comfortably next to impossible. Once I was able to lie flat, I also suffered from positional vertigo. All of my pressure points hurt and I woke up day after day feeling as if I hadn't slept a wink. We finally decided it was time for a new mattress. We went to the mattress store with a Tempurpedic in mind but decided to lie on the machine to see which mattresses were compatible for us based on our body type and sleep positions. Thankfully the mattress we had in mind was on both of our lists of compatible mattresses. When we tested the Tempurpedic, it felt amazing! We decided to get the split adjustable bases. It makes reading in bed at night so comfortable. We now both sleep incredibly. An added bonus is the elevated mattress has almost completely eliminated my husband's snoring making it easier for me to fall asleep at night! I highly recommend this mattress. It has been well worth the investment.

We love our King ProAdapt Firm. We had a Classic Deluxe and needed to replace. We knew the new mattress would feel extremely firm at first but softens up after sleeping on it. Worth not having backaches. The ProAdapt is taller than our older model so being 5'3", I have to have a step stool to get onto the bed. Minor problem for the comfort. We also have Tempur-Pedic mattresses in our guest rooms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly can't say enough good things about our ProAdapt Firm mattress. My husband and I waited ten years to purchase a good mattress (we were so confused by the number of choices and the prices). We went to a local furniture/appliance store in Greenville, SC and the sales person was so knowledgeable that we knew instantly what would work. Although it is firm, there are times when we are deep in sleep and don't want to leave the bed at our alarm. There are mornings when I have the feeling that I've been in the most amazing cocoon, and the best part is my back doesn't hurt in the morning either (unlike our old mattress). Thank you Temperpedic for making this mattress. Even our parents visiting during Thanksgiving asked us what in the world they were sleeping on the next morning--they'd never had such comfortable sleep. I bragged about this bed to them and hope they'll get one too.

Love this mattress! Every aspect of this purchase went extremely well. Our sells person was very knowledgeable and a great help. Delivery was on time and setup went fast. Best of all we are getting a great nights sleep. I'm no longer awaken by my spouse getting up during the night. This is our first tempurpedic and we will never go back to the innerspring mattress.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. This is a mixed review of the Pro-adapt medium hybrid mattress. My husband is very pleased with it. I do not find it as soft as the model we tried out in the store. I wake up most mornings with pain in my back and hips that I did not have as often with my old mattress. I feel we will be purchasing a topper (another expense) of some sort in the future to make it better for me. Hopefully it will be still comfortable for him. I also do not like that I cannot sit on the side of the bed to put my slippers on in the morning. It slides me right off the bed.
