[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to wake up with a body ache, painful shoulder, not well rested and tired before using tempur pedic firm mattress. When the tenpur pedic mattress arrived, I was skeptical initially because it says firm because when I lay down on it, the mattress slightly conforms to my body. After a week of using it, I wake up everyday without bodyaches!!! My shoulder pain from sleeping on my sides are gone! I wake up fresh and well rested! There's a cooling effect on top of the mattress as well that will definitely help during summer season. I've finally found the mattress that my body loves sleeping on!

Three weeks is usually to soon to know how well the mattress and I will get on as the months pass. However it has performed as advertised thus far. I do wish to say the same next year. As you will read, I am particular. For the record: I live in south Florida; so we are always under air conditioning. sleeping conditions: A/C set to 73 degrees. Big ceiling fan over the bed on high speed. just a top sheet and bottom sheet; no blankets. Wife sleeps apart in the warm bedroom. i have cool water running thru a pillow pad all night long keeping my head comfy. I sleep better when I am cool. The mattress has not been hot (that is insulating me more than i prefer), which was a concern. Lastly, I am a side sleeper by necessity. Apnea will occur if I try to sleep on my back. And two firm pillows under my head (because of side sleeping). I sleep with a third firm pillow under my side. keeps pressure of my shoulder.

The mattress that we tested in the store was soft and comfortable. The mattress we received is like laying on a piece of plywood, and it's been 2 months. Tempurpedic is completely unwilling to do anything about this either telling me I have to use the free 90 trial which you only get one exchange to get a new mattress.

I have gone through several high quality mattresses that did not live up to my expectations. After having major spinal surgery in 2019 with 7 fusions & 2 replaced vertebrae, I could not get comfortable on any of them. This mattress conforms to my body & provides me with a good night's sleep which I have not had in years!

My husband leaves for work early in the morning and I would normal be woken up by his leaving but with this bed I slept right through it. It sleeps cooler than any mattress I've ever had. I sleep on my stomach, side, and back and it's comfortable any way. I go to bed happy every night.

This is our second temper-pedic mattress. The first mattress we purchased several years ago is now used in our guest bedroom. For some unknown reason, we (wife and I) convinced our self to replace the master bed mattress with a competitors product (air mattress). We had purchased extra bed sheets and even though we never open the package the dealer would not give a reimbursement after 90 days. This was 3-years ago. Big mistake! We had enough sleepless nights and decided to revisit a temper-pedic dealer. Don't we swayed so take my advise and stick with what you know and trust. Let me just start by saying that this mattress has literally changed my life. I used to sleep on a traditional spring mattress (that was over 10 years old). I would wake up everyday in pain and not have a restful nights sleep. I could never get comfortable no matter how hard I tried and my sciatica didn't help. I finally decided to break down and try a Tempur-pedic mattress and I'm so glad I did! I fall asleep instantly and wake up refreshed. Plus, I wake up up without any pain ready to take on the day! I can't imagine my life without this mattress! It's the best investment I've made!

This is what I imagine mattresses in heaven feel like. I had serious back pains with our old mattress. I knew I had to get serious about my mattress choice. I was hesitant to spend this much but it was without a doubt money well spent. My back pains are gone and I am no longer tossing and turning at night. You can't put a price on a good nights sleep.

Changed my very old but hardly used queen-size firm mattress and decided to reward myself with a tempur pedic. The experience with the retail store wasn't the best, having to have the mattress changed 4 different times due to wrong mattress delivery. I purchased the king size (split) medium hybrid pro adapt but they delivered the soft mattress by mistake the first time. Tried it for 2 nights and didn't like it. They picked up the soft mattress only to deliver a medium mattress. Again, tried it for a month (per the store's recommendation), but returned it after a month and they finally delivered the correct mattress after 2 1/2 months. It took me almost a week before I truly appreciated the mattress. At first, I found it hard to move and change positions, and also still found the mattress a little firm to my liking. It all changed after a week or so. Waking up in the morning has been less painful with no struggles, and no muscle and/or back pains. I love that the mattress have some kind of cooling effect. Choosing the medium-hybrid was the right decision. I enjoy the versatility of the base and its special features. The only thing I didnt particularly like was how the sheets get out of place every time I use the incline/decline positions of the base. I fixed the problem by buying suspenders :).

Wife and I originally tried the luxeAdapt bed which turned out to be really firm (despite being the softest model). When speaking to customer service, they made it very easy to switch within our 90 day window. I expected to jump through hoops to make that happen, but everyone I spoke to was very positive and made this exchange painless. The ProAdapt Soft is a much better bed for us due to being smaller. Very happy with our purchase!
