Definitely more powder than granulated, which is fine, because it's perfect when I put it on my popcorn and it's like making funyun popcorn.  Otherwise, keep this in mind if you're going to use it as a rub because it's so fine it makes more of a crust.

Like the taste, value, and quality of the garlic. Great for cooking, has a good price, and is of premium quality.

Coming from a Badia garlic powder I haven't noticed any difference in flavor. This one wins because of the amount per dollar. It's s great deal.

It's granulated garlic. It tastes like garlic that has been granulated and fulfills my granulated garlic needs. It's also a great substitute for real garlic.
