[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-ProAdapt®12" Medium Hybrid Mattress is by far the most amazing mattress I have ever owned. It perfectly forms to your body to give you the most restful/relaxing sleep. My husband has severe back and hip pain, this mattress has been a game changer. I highly recommend this mattress.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. After 22 years sleeping on our wedding gift from my parents, it was time for us to get a new bed! Not to mention the many times our chiropractor recommended we invest in a proper mattress to help heal our bad backs... nervous, naive & hopeful, we found a sleep expert at Art Van Sleep Center to help us! After our sleep study by kind & knowledgable Ana, we were able to find a mattress & power base to suit both our needs! After the first night we felt improvements, now, 3 weeks later...on this new bed... I feel like an entirely new person! I have less pain, more energy & I feel like I breathe better too! There's nothing like putting your bed in a Zero Gravity position for a few minutes, then stretching yourself back into the flat position... it's like a chiropractor IN my bedroom!!! I / we highly recommend this mattress & power base! Only regret... why did we wait this long?!? BEST wedding anniversary gift to ourselves EVER!❤️

I've had the mattress for normal by the month. I did not have back problems with my old mattress it was just getting old and need to be replaced. I expected to be rejuvenated in the morning after sleeping on this mattress. Instead my back is and shoulder is hurting me. I will give it another month and see what happens.

We had tried many online mattress companies, but in the end, most seemed to just try and copy what Tempurpedic has. We purchased through a retailer store, Denver Mattress, for my wife and I, we have to always try before we buy the old fashioned way. We bought the pro-adapt soft, the most comfortable bed ever! This material hugs you and doesn't sleep too warm, the new cover is very nice and I am glad we made the investment. I slept 12 hours our first night which I haven't done in years! No back or hip pain, this stuff is truly revolutionary. I highly suggest it, get it, it makes your whole day so much better. The soft material really contours to your body and we love that one person can move in and out of bed without disturbing one another. Expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for and can you put a cost on feeling well the next day.

The product has a gasing affect, that typically should be resolved in the 1st few days of use, but my gasing experience didn't happen until my 6 months of use. The problem was and is so bad that i had to call the fire department to check the air quality. The chemical irritant was there but it didn't register has carbon monoxide by the fire department. After i spoke with the customer service and care line. All they wanted to do was pass the buck by to the seller, ( Ashley's Homestore Furniture) denying that this is possible. After asking for an email address to forward my comments to the customer care agent, refused to give it. Only giving out business address 1000 Tempurpedic Way, Lexington, KY) to MAIL A LETTER to iin this technological world we live in, how pathetic was that. So my experience with Tempurpedic Ergo Queen Adjustable Base Product, SUCKS....I will NEVER EVER buy another TEMPURPEDIC product again.....

This mattress is WONDERFUL. The first three or four weeks it is VERY firm. Trust me, having owned two Tempurpedics, a Snuggle-Pedic, a Nectar Lush, and two off brands, there is nothing better than a FIRM Tempurpedic. When it feels too firm in the store, just know it will soften over time! (The softer ones do too - that's the problem with them!) Back pain is reduced, and both my wife and I can once again snuggle closely on our sides without sinkage! Thank you, Tempurpedic!

Does not relieve pressure points or give you a good sleep experience. I started complaining to Living Spaces where we bought it after a couple of months and was told it takes awhile to adapt and give it 3 months, then 6 months then sorry you'll have to take it up with Temperpedic Warranty Department. They told me how sorry to hear of my bad experience and to take a bunch of pictures and send in but if mattress didn't have 3/4 inch depression they would not replace it. Wear is uneven not that severe of depression but uneven wear all over mattress which leads me to believe support is not good. When we bought mattress I was lead to believe body heat made foam conform to body and then spring back. This is after less than 2 years and me being 165 pounds and my husband 195 pounds! We went and bought a Temperpedic pillow topper hoping that might help and it just shows big depression on both sides where we sleep. We took it off to get pictures of mattress and found the foam on the topper is cracked in several spots. No wonder we're not getting good support. I wonder if the inside of mattress shows the same deterioration! I wake up after a couple of hours with hip hurting and my shoulder had become extremely painful. I went to Orthopedic doctor and X-ray shows tendinitis in rotator cuff likely causing pain. Not doing any sports, lifting or consistent motion to cause this. My back pain is worse also. I wouldn't call that a real great nights sleep!!! .

We are only a couple weeks in after our purchase. After 25 years of trying a new mattress every couple years, we finally chose a Tempur Pedic. The first night we went to bed late but I woke up at 5am feeling fully rested. Like, could not sleep anymore and got up ready to start the day. Having come from a pillow top, the height of the bed is a wonderful change. No more jumping into the bed. Since the first night, I have woke up feeling rested with no back pain. Looking forward to many more rested mornings.
