We bought this mattress in hopes of spending the extra money on Tempurpedic to have life changing sleep. After 5 months we realized the mattress was still very firm, back breaking firm. We ordered the mattress in the winter and was told by the sales associate that the mattress would need to "warm up" to break it in. It's well past the break in period and also past the sleep trial period so unfortunately we are left with this hard mattress. I was in denial that it could be our brand new mattress causing my back and shoulder pain so I switched pillows, went to chiropractor, tried yoga nothing helped! Until I went on vacation and slept in a hotel plush bed and for those 2 nights my back pain disappeared so I know it's our mattress. I feel douped because our mattress is not as body hugging as when we laid on it in the store. We lay in our bed and it feels like a brick. Maybe luxury does not equal comfort.

This bed is a must! Yes, it is expensive but this mattress is worth every penny. It comes with a 10 year warranty which gives you a hint as to the quality and effectiveness of this product. I finally have a bed that supports me and my joints. With the adjustable base, additional comfort is available. My favorite setting is the sleep setting coupled with the vibrating feature. I don't have a negative comment to share about this mattress. Try it out and see for yourself how much a good night's rest effects your day to day living.

This is a mixed review of the Pro-adapt medium hybrid mattress. My husband is very pleased with it. I do not find it as soft as the model we tried out in the store. I wake up most mornings with pain in my back and hips that I did not have as often with my old mattress. I feel we will be purchasing a topper (another expense) of some sort in the future to make it better for me. Hopefully it will be still comfortable for him. I also do not like that I cannot sit on the side of the bed to put my slippers on in the morning. It slides me right off the bed.

We've had our new mattress for a month now and both of us are sleeping much better with the firm mattress. Even with two full grown pitbulls, the mattress doesn't move or disturb your sleep if someone shifts their position. Both of us are getting on average 20-30 minutes of additional sleep (per watch tracking apps) than we were prior to this mattress.

I purchased a twin pro adapt firm mattress from mattress firm and they claimed it was sold to a customer that returned it within a week. After having the mattress for a short while, I realized there was a very soft area compared to all other areas on the mattress. Mattress firm did not resolve the problem as they have pathetic"customer service". I called tempur pedic and spoke with Glenda who works in the escalation department. She looked at pictures and agreed that there is no way that a mattress I purchased in Sept 2023 had a manufactured date in 2021. Glenda also stated to me that she can see why I had this huge problem because she looked at all the pictures I emailed. Tempur pedic also turned their back on me so I'm stuck with an expensive mattress with an area that doesn't support my back and would never recommend this product to anyone!

My husband and I LOVE this bed! I was very hesitant about buying an adjustable bed let alone a hybrid but, this bed has turned me into a believer. This has been the best sleep I've had in years! My lower back and shoulders don't hurt in the morning. I love that my body cushioned by the mattress. It's soft enough for me yet hard enough for my husband and you don't sink down like a traditional memory foam bed. I love that it has cooling built into the mattress. Hoping this mattress lasts for 10-15 years like I've heard.

We were both suffering pain in neck, shoulder and hips prior to purchasing the ProAdapt medium hybrid. Granted our very expensive name brand pillow top was 12 years old, we both ceased having pain from day one. Combined with the Ergo frame, subtle adjustments to head and feet positions have given us the best nights sleep we have had in years. Both the mattress and frame are very high quality. We absolutely love our new bed and expect years of comfort.

I have been using this bed for over a month now. I really love the flexibility it provides to raise on either side, particularly for my consistent reading habits. The firmness helps a lot more for my back support. Sleeping patterns have changed for betterment. In all a great gift for myself.

The mattress is very good and we decided to buy the matching pillows. The wrong pillows were sent, because while I was shopping the pillows reset to the default of queen size instead of king size. The representative told me too bad and no returns or replacements.

Our innerspring mattress was 10 years old and we had been waking up with aches, pains and not feeling rested. Mind you, we are in our early 30's. We tried out all the tempur-pedic pro adapt models in store and settled on the king size medium hybrid. The adjustment period was literally a matter of days for us. The medium hybrid provides the perfect amount of support without being too firm for us and I think the transition from innerspring to memory foam was really easy because it's a hybrid. We look forward to going to bed every night and wake up feeling refreshed with no aches and pains. It has really helped improve our alignment as well. Wish we would have bought this sooner. We also bought the ergo base and love spending time in bed reading in zero gravity. Can't recommend this mattress enough! Pricey but well worth it. We have had our mattress almost 4 months.
