This rug is soft and looks awesome in our living room with our brown leather furniture. I love the color combo in the rug and the pattern. It isn't a thick rug but I think it's perfect.

Arrived quickly rolled and wrapped. Colors are great and it doesn't slide on our floor. Even my husband is a big fan. Quality is also a big plus. Looked everywhere, glad we found this one.

This is a great rug! Beautiful and so soft! It’s holding up really well so far, and I vacuum it almost daily, and have had to clean up cat hairballs at least twice (ew). It cleans easily and still looks great. No pulling yet. The only minor annoyance I’d say is it’s had a hard time getting perfectly flat, especially on the end that was rolled tightest for storage/shipment. And the most exposed edge is still curved up, which makes it easier to trip over. I’m not sure how to fix that, but I bet Amazon could tell me. 😉

Overall a great value and nice feel on the feet. Loved the colors. The pattern i was not sure about but it really tied evwrything together to complete my living room decor.

Good looking. The wife likes it. Inexpensive rug delivered to the door. Pretty thin, but does the job. We already had a non-slip base from another carpet it replaced. Because it's tightly rolled, the ends curl up for some time making it a trip hazard for us older folk.

The size, feel and pattern on the rug is perfect. Per the picture for Saville Gray it has GREEN/BROWN accents which was exactly what I was looking for...what I got was BLUE/TAN accents instead. I can't find anything else this size for this price in Hawaii so I guess I'm keeping it - but I'm a little disappointed the colors are inaccurate in the photos.

The rug is soft and feels pretty well made, but there are issues with the color and the pattern. The one I selected online doesn't look like anything that actually arrived. It's completely different in color, pattern and clarity of the pattern itself. The rug is significantly bluer than the pictures.

I ordered the Saville Gray rug because I thought it would go perfectly with my color scheme in my bedroom; I received a blue/gray rug with navy instead which definitely will not work. It's a different item number and not even remotely close to what I ordered. Guess I'll have to schlep it back to Sam's for a credit. No word from Customer Service as to why I received a completely different rug than what I ordered. Thanks for the hassle, Sams. Update: Customer service contacted me and offered to send a replacement rug in the correct color. Very nice, right? But wait: Received the rug today and it's the SAME rug I initially received!!! So, now I have to schlep TWO rugs back, but instead of taking it to Sam's, I have to take it to FedEX which is SUPER inconvenient in our town. My suggestion is NOT TO BUY THE SAVILLE GRAY RUG unless you want a blue-gray rug with navy.

The rug is beautiful and the quality is wonderful BUT... the off gassing from this rug is horrible. My two daughters also bought these exact same rugs and the off gassing is horrible for them as well. It has been several months since our purchase and the rugs still stink and have off gassing issues. This needs to be addressed by the company immediately.

Not at all what I ordered but because it's such a pain to send back I feel like I'm stuck with it. The rug in the picture is green and beige but the one I received is definitely grey and navy. Super disappointed and more than a little frustrated that I didn't read reviews before purchasing and that Sam's hasn't corrected this after all of the reviews.
