This bed has changed my life! I travel for work and was given the mattress as part of a collaboration. My sleep time is precious because I rarely get it on the road... since I've started sleeping on my temper-pedic I get full recorvery when I'm home. I actually sleep through the night! We have owned this bed since May 2023. It has a long break-in period. The mattress is still stiff and does not contour to the positions the Tempurpedic adjustable base is placed. Due to my wife's light weight it stays stiff instead of bending. We live in Hawaii so cold temperatures are not relevant.

I purchased this mattress on July 2019. I heard and read that this mattress would help me with my lower back pain. Although I don't like foam mattresses, I decided to give it a try because it was recommended. Tried it the first nights, didn't like it too much as there is no way to escape from the foam. After dealing with that foamy-thing, I started to feel that my higher back was stiff and I felt tired. However, as this mattress was recommended, I thought that my back pain was caused by a different thing. Last December, I had to sleep on a different bed for one month. My back pain disappeared. After that month, I decided to sleep again on my bed. The next day I was dealing with an excruciating back pain. I slept on the bed for one more week and the usual morning lower and higher back pain was back. What I noticed is that my hips sink on the mattress at a different level than my back and shoulders, and my back muscles have to struggle with tension all night long, causing extreme discomfort and back pain in the morning. It's been 6 months since I bought this mattress, so 90-day guarantee is gone and now I'm afraid to sleep on my own bed because of pain.

We previously owned a TempurPedic (queen/firm) for 14 years-I am on the heavy side (275 pounds) and my side of the mattress developed a pocket several years ago so we decided to get another mattress. Contrary to my ideals, we succumbed to the sales lady to purchase the medium hybrid which she said would be cooler but not as firm--I don't think so-I feel hot all the time and it's too soft for me. I don't think the pillows purchased at the same time are any "cooler" than what we had either. I feel I'm going to roll off the edge of the bed all the time. My wife thinks what we have is OK (she likes the head lift too which I don't). Bottom line, I liked my firm mattress much better than this one!!

Yes, it took a few nights to adjust to the new mattress (I think it would for any style of mattress), but now I can say that I have not taken any pain relievers since I've been using my new Tempur-Pedic. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase; zero pain, much more energy, restful sleep. I'm a different person for sure! There was a small issue with the adjustable base and a new one was ordered for me. The delivery person did not set up the base correctly and had left the house, leaving me frustrated. I placed a call to the Store Manager (Judd), and he actually came to the house to assist with the technology, leaving it in perfect working order. Talk about going above and beyond! A big shout out to them for their pro-active customer service!
