It’s microwave and oven safe so that means it works for baking as well as cold cuts. I’ve only used it for cold cuts as of now. This would also make a great Christmas gift for a friend that moved away from their home state

I love how sturdy it is. The only drawback is the depth. I wish it had slightly taller sides to hold more.

The design of the dish is what makes this the most difficult to bake with and even limits what you can bake in it. If the dish was the same size as Florida the sky would be the limit, but it is not really big enough for my family of 4. Maybe this would work if you were having a part for the state of Florida and the crowd expected something stylish for a dish. I think larger states make more sense to bake in but the state of Floridas demographics were not created with dish ware in mind

Other than using it to put out crackers and cheese or a meat array. I wouldn't use it for anything else. But I LOVE IT.

This dish performed exceptionally well in our lasagna test by baking casseroles with crispy edges and perfectly tender centers. We love that it fits in a standard oven both side-to-side or front-to-back and is easy to insert, remove, or rotate. The extra-deep sides are perfect for layering homestyle dishes like mac and cheese or enchiladas. This dish is made from ceramic and is not entirely scratch-proof, so be mindful when using metal tools. It's oven-safe up to 450°F and can also be used in the microwave or dishwasher. We didn't notice any difference in quality when baking lasagna fresh or frozen. The ceramic construction was able to warm up and maintain heat throughout, which ensured an even cooking experience. This is an affordable dish built to last and the cutest design.

I am very impressed with this dish because you can put it in the oven and bake, you can also use it in the microwave. It's also nice that it's dishwasher safe! The dish itself can be used in many different ways. Today, I used it as a platter plate for serving a light lunch. It was great! I love that it's the shape of the state of Utah. Very unique dish!
