This chair is super comfortable even after a full day at my desk. Lumbar support is just right and seat cushion is very comfortable.

Its been 1 day since i built the chair so i am trying it still haven't had any bad things to say. So far so good.

I use the chair mostly for gaming and working on 3d prints. Its comfortable even after long hours 6-10 hours. The adaptive lumbar is amazing.

I’ve had one for years and loved it so much I bought another to go along with it. The active lumbar is a fantastic feature.

Just finished assembly. Straightforward, not rocket science. Lumbar support is active and “there” not just talked about on the box.

This is not "leather," it is Plastic polyurethane "leather." It is not breathable, and it peels off over time. Also the paint on the arms was either scraped off or bubbled off. I am returning it.

This chair is not high enough like other executive chairs, so you can rest your head as you would expect. Also, the seat portion does not extend under the thighs like other brands, and the "leather" is very slippery causing for a very uncomfortable session. It feels like i had to keep opposite pressure so I dont slip off which added strain. A chair like this should feel luxurious, and not make me feel like I have to keep balanced.

Wheel broke, they sent new wheels. Pneumatic cylinder stopped holding air so went to Menards and bought a piece of PVC. Three years after PVC, it now feels like sitting on a pointy peak every move makes chair tip, plus it creaks, every time feel like will be on floor. All of this inside the 5 years had the chair. $235 for a chair that can't last 5 years without issues.

We just purchased the La-Z-Boy in Gray Beige. It was a replacement from the previous Big %26 Tall version also purchased from Sam's 10 years ago. This chair is substantially smaller in seat depth and back seat height for my 6'4" husband. Really disappointing, and should not be advertised as a big and tall chair, it is not.

Very comfortable chair with excellent lumbar support!
