This chair was a need that was what the person wanted it was an upgrade from the previous model! Win

Just put my new chair together and really enjoy it so far, hopefully the hydraulics last longer than my previous chairs!

Only one instruction book and it was in Spanish. Fortunately I've put enough furniture together tha i was able to muddle through.

Great office chair. High quality, very aesthetic, and really comfortable for long hours.

Cushion is great. Needed the lumbar- this chair gives it.

Nice & tall/big but the leather is not impressive.

Haven't put it together yet, but it looks like good quality.
