We're really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Swiffer PowerMop Refill Pads. It must upsetting that the pads are not sticking properly. We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. Please check the bottom of the PowerMop mop head to see if it is dirty as sometimes if the mop head itself is dirty, the pads may not attach. Clean the mop head and try attaching again. Try this method of attaching the pad: Spray solution, put the pad on the mop head, and pass the pad through the solution.
