Regarding the pads not sticking to the mop, make sure you're using the correct Swiffer Power Mop pads, as only those will fit properly. Check if the mop head is clean; sometimes dirt can prevent the pads from attaching. Also, Try spraying the solution, placing the pad on the mop head, and then passing the pad through the solution to create friction. We're really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Swiffer PowerMop Refill Pads. It must upsetting that the pads are not sticking properly. We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. Please check the bottom of the PowerMop mop head to see if it is dirty as sometimes if the mop head itself is dirty, the pads may not attach. Clean the mop head and try attaching again. Try this method of attaching the pad: Spray solution, put the pad on the mop head, and pass the pad through the solution.
