[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Sweeper Floor Mop Starter Kit is a great mop for all my dusting and mopping. It’s handy and easy to use. It’s great for everyday quick clean up. My floors tend to get dirt, hair and crumbs from pets and kids, so every few nights I use the duster pads to get all the mess and use the wet mop for a better finish. It definitely gets the job done and picks up most of the mess! This is great that it comes with the wand, dry and wet pads. They are easy to put on to the end. Easy to take off and discard after your finished. The handle is an easy grip to hold on to and when finished, can easily be stored on a hook in the closet. So lightweight, convenient, easy to use, the kids even love dusting and mopping.

I bought a Swiffer extra wide sweeper/mop, I was expecting the pads to be the same size of the sweeper/mob base it was not. The pads are only 10" long and the sweeper is 1 1/2 times as large so the pads don't fit correctly, you need to use 2 pads hence you 1/2 pad goes unused. Guess they're trying to rip off the consumer by getting them to use 2 pads instead of 1 correct sized one.

There is 1 sweeper, 2 heavy duty dry cloths, 2 heavy duty wet cloths, 1 wet mopping cloth and 5 dry sweeping cloths. This is perfect for any hard surface. People think I'm silly but I use mine on the ceiling and the walls, it works great and its light. I recommend Swiffer to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy using my swiffer sweeper floor mop. I love that I’m able to attach different cleaning pads and wipes on the bottom on the mop. It’s lightweight and very flexible. It’s very easy to mop around objects and to get into the corners with.

The cloth does not fit properly on to the mop head - in order to use the green "scrubbing strip" the strip should be on the base of the mop. But to fasten the 4 corner securely on to the mop head the green strip is on the top of the mop. It is incorrectly placed on the cloth. Also after a few "sweeps" the cloths loosens and is useless. I tried to add a photo but your site didnt make it possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this as I was getting annoyed with constantly bringing my kitchen swiffer upstairs to use in the bathrooms. This is great because I can use the dry sheets to do a quick sweep, and then follow up with a wet one to get the grime and hair product stuff off the floors. The kitchen swiffer gets to stay downstairs from now on! I do prefer the wet over the dry, but that's probably based on the rooms I'm using it in and the floor type. I see the dry being great on hard wood, but I don't have any of that yet in my home. It works great on tile, but I love the convenience and result of what the wet can do even more. Will definitely continue to use and may even get a third for the basement! Also thrilled that it's easy enough and lightweight that my kids want to use it! Another win!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product kit.i have a dog and a cat so hair from both of them is everywhere and hard to get up.thats why I was so excited to get my starter kit in the mail. With this kit I can use the dry cloths to sweep up the hair and dust and use the wet cloths to clean the floor.

The idea & concept of the Swiffer Sweeper Floor mop is great, and having a 4500 sq ft house with all hardwood floors except tiled bath & utility rooms, the Swiffer is a great way to easily keep my floors spotless... HOWEVER, echoing other NEGATIVE reviews, my handle just broke — HOW FRUSTRATING!!!!! P&G, please put your innovation team to work on strengthening & fortifying the mop’s handle. You can’t use this product, no matter how nicely it cleans floors, if the handle breaks. Also, how do I get a replacement mop, as I did not expect to have problems? Thus I threw away the grocery receipt it was on.

This product is good in theory but manufactured cheaply. I've purchased 5 mops over a 2 year period (no more!) because the metal handle easily stresses under pressure and breaks. I even tried adding 1 less extension which helps but still the metal handle breaks. The manufacture should double the thickness of the metal used otherwise stick to wooden handles.
