We're so very sorry to hear about this. There are some floor surfaces that may create more pressure on the cloth when mopping, causing it to release from the grippers. If this happens, try turning the cloth over and use the plain white side to clean your floor to get the improved performance of our wet cloths. We'd like to see if this helps and assist you further.
