Followed instructions for 1st time use and no liquid came out. The wetjet refill supplied with the starter kit had no refill and it just doesn't pierce the unit. Instructions are HORRID.

We have both wooden floors and ceramic tiles and use the swiffer just as a quick floor clean to get little bugs up and fluff that forms. It's handy, very quick to use. Stores away in no space which is great.

Can't live without my Swiffer Sweeper! The value is great for this! The mop lasts long and inserts are easy to buy. It's so easy to use and effective for out 5 member family home. Highly recommend.

This is great to use for small areas like around and behind your toilets. Very flexible! I love the dry mop feature. I'm struggling with the wet mop heads though. Leaves a residue behind on the tile floors when you use those.

I honestly love these!! It really cleans your floors and it's perfect for when you have pets. Smells great and the floor doesn't get all sticky when using these and that's one of the main concerns I get.

I love the Swiffer mop! It's very easy to use and gets my floors shining! One thing I will say is, I wish there was a way to use the entire sheet. A lot is getting wasted that gets tucked into the mop.

It's a great product and even held up to a chewy puppy minus a few teeth marks but the handle is not sturdy enough and feels so wonky, I'm worried it's going to break. But great for muddy paws and child related chaos

We have used this product several times before having an idea. Absolutely a good product but too much expensive for us for a product that clean the duster from floor.

I rlove how flexible the mop is and i also really like that it has holes so you can put different wipes in it. A tiny bit expensive but it gets the job done and there are many different sizes.

Hate the new design, esp. the hanging ring. Pad won't stay flat against the door. I'm also not fond of the stiffer, harder pad. Won't buy another.
