Swifter works great for dusting floors...5 stars. However, the scrubbing process is disappointing...2-3 stars. The wet pad keeps slipping off the pad holder and requires reattaching too many times. Very frustrating. If there was a way the wet pads could be secured so they wouldn't slip off the pad holder, I would give them 5 stars.

Bring back the old swiffer design! This cheap, lightweight base doesn't hold well like the older, heavier design base. It feels like I'm sweeping small rock particles and scratching the wood floors. Shame on you for designing such a piece of garbage. I do not recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a convenient and lightweight mop. The starter kit comes with wet and dry wipes. I have a cat and the dry wipes work great for sweeping up her hair. The wet wipes work really well for my kitchen with hardwood flooring. If you are sweeping a larger area you might need to change the wipe once. I really love how fresh the room smells after using this. Overall, this is a great product and I will be grabbing one more for my upstairs bathroom.

Even with a roombas vacuuming everyday there is still always fur floating around. Swiffer is easy to use, collects dirt and fur and cleans up the dirt. This pack comes with a variety of items, but my faves are the heavy duty ones I barely used the dry, heavy duty swiffer on the floors and it trapped so much dirt! (See picture) I cant say how much i love this!

And the wet pad gets my floor remarkably clean ! It is great for every day use and quick clean ups as well!

It’s great for everyday quick clean up. My floors tend to get dirt, hair and crumbs from pets and kids, so every few nights I use the duster pads to get all the mess and use the wet mop for a better finish. It definitely gets the job done and picks up most of the mess! This is great that it comes with the wand, dry and wet pads. They are easy to put on to the end. Easy to take off and discard after your finished. The handle is an easy grip to hold on to and when finished, can easily be stored on a hook in the closet. So lightweight, convenient, easy to use, the kids even love dusting and mopping.

The wet pads always come off even you just cleaned a very small area. You need to put back the pads every minute to just finish the task. In frustration, I just used my hands or feet to mop. I thought the first time my swiffer was defective and hence bought a new one. It is still the same, wet pads come off easily. Very FRUSTRATING!!

Especially in between heavier cleanings with my big heavy mop that I hate to drag out for every little spill or mess. This makes my life so much less complicated!

I just bought a swiffer sweeper 2-in-1 dry and wet starter kit. One of the buttons that locks handle pieces together is missing so the handle doesn’t stay connected. Looking at reviews on other sites online I see this is a common problem in recent months. I can find no resolution on your website
