[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product kit.i have a dog and a cat so hair from both of them is everywhere and hard to get up.thats why I was so excited to get my starter kit in the mail. With this kit I can use the dry cloths to sweep up the hair and dust and use the wet cloths to clean the floor.

Your cloth gripper does not last, each time one is forced to purchase a new kit, because the grip for cloth no longer grips, it becomes weak over use. It is not strong enough grip to hold the wet pads. What duration of times used is the grip expected to last? You really need to improve cloth attachments (grip) or produce a new way of attaching swifter pads of any type. Other than that the product works as advertised. Will look for your response…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this recently and used it on both bathroom floors and the kitchen. I love the ease of use and not having to wring out a mop.It cleans well but doesn't get deep in grouts.I'll use this for small spills and mostly sweeping.

It has both dry and wet cloths, so it is the perfect and compact tool to keep around. I use it upstairs which is so convenient for my bathrooms and laundry room which are tiled floors without too much traffic. So awesome to have in the house!

I had to hand scrub on some spots but it's OK and it gave the wood a great shine. We were amazed how well it cleans and shines. The mop handle is lightweight and easy to use. The mop pads fit just right. Both the wood floor and the multi-surface work great and leave a streak-free surface. I've used this Floor Kit for several times now and it has met my expectations. I highly recommend this product.

This has been a life saver when I have those quick on to go clean ups because I’m always busy I’m always on the move and really don’t have time to continue to make mop water to mop my kitchen or bathrooms. The only thing that I just don’t like doing is the constant changing out of the sheets. I wish there was a way there I can use less of the sheets and still have a clean floor. But other than that this is great news for a very convenient cleanups.
