No dripping which I really like as well. I use about a cup of batter. You get perfect belgian waffles. I would highly recommend!

It is easy to use, easy to heat up, and I love how quick it takes to make a waffle! This will become a staple in our household! Can't wait to try the pizza waffle recipe!

It is our lazy Sunday routine to have a waffle party with different toppings on a Sunday when we don’t have any real plans. I needed a waffle maker that would be fool proof because I tend to burn almost everything that I bake. This waffle maker has a light that notifies you when your waffle is baked! It’s literally a no guesswork type of thing! You add your batter (I’m still a novice and buy the batter that you just need to add water to, sometimes I get fancy and add milk instead of water and it works too!) and then you flip the waffle machine over and there is a light that lets you know when it is ready! The main thing that I love about this machine so the drip tray. For some reason I can’t figure out the perfect amount of batter to use and I always end up putting too much in. The drip tray catches almost all of the spillage, and it’s the most helpful addition to the waffle maker. I always line the counter with tin foil just in case I fill it way too much and it spills over the drip tray, but more times than not it’s just an added precaution that I didn’t need because the drip tray is a great size. So far the grates to my waffle maker are perfectly clean. I am too scared of getting them dirty, so we don’t add toppings to the waffle batter, instead we add it on top of the waffle once it is done. We realized that if you use the small chocolate chips and put them on top of the waffle as soon as it comes out, they will even melt in top so it is just as good as if they were melted inside! My kids love to add an assortment of toppings. Some fun combos that they did when I was in a good mood and let them experiment was a plain waffle with Nutella, rainbow sprinkles, blueberries, strawberries, banana and a huge dollop of whipped cream on top. They are obsessed with the waffle machine, and love experimenting with different combos to ‘out do’ each other waffles. Lastly I love how to can store it vertically. I hate when things are on top of each other on my shelves, I feel like everything is always falling over and it just looks messy. I love that the handle folds in and it stores on the base so I don’t need to stack it on top of anything.

I also like how I can cut them in 4 parts and save them for my toddler (no waste!). I really like how you can store it vertically and it saves space. I think that was also one of my husband's favorite features. We also liked how you can flip the waffle maker. That's my toddler's favorite part lol Another thing we liked was that there's the non stick dish to catch the dips. I feel that there's going to be less of a mess and I can enjoy making waffles. The only thing we disliked was the cleaning (who doesn't though! lol) But it says not to submerge it on water (obviously) but the first time it's going to be easier to clean. The following times I feel that there's oil stuck and it's harder to remove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Dash waffle maker for a few weeks and I use it almost daily. It is simple to use and heats up pretty quickly. It does not have an on/off switch and starts heating as soon as it is plugged in to power. I would prefer it to have a switch for child safety. It is totally non stick and I have never had an issue with anything sticking to it and I do not just make waffles in it. I have found many recipes for so many things and it does not disappoint at all. Performance is great and everything is always thoroughly cooked. I do believe the flip option helps with the cooking, I will probably never go back to a conventional waffle maker. It is easy to wipe clean and stores easily with a locking handle. Even tho it feels flimsy with a thin plastic shell, it’s pretty durable.

We decided to get this new Dash Flip Belgian Waffle Maker and the difference is night and day. Out of the box, the unit is very nice, very compact and easy to use. The flip handle makes it very easy to flip the waffles and cook it evenly. Thanks to the 1000 Watts, we were able to make plenty of waffles in no time and the nonstick coating really makes a difference compared to our old unit. Overall, I am very pleased with our new waffle maker which gets a perfect score from us.

We bought this as a quickie replacement to our far more expensive Cuisinart waffle maker, which bit the dust a few weeks ago. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and especially the way it made the waffles. Taste Belgian by being puffy if that makes sense. Very pleased, especially given the price point .
