Yes, this is a little pricey for a bucket of potatoes but it's soooo good and when I don't feel like peeling potatoes, this is my go to potato salad!!!

The Stonehill brand is very good. The Members Mark brand, which is substituted, is not nearly as good.

This potato salad goes great with lots of different meals. I do wish the chunks were a little smaller but I’m being picky. It’s still great and I would still by again.
