Gave as a gift. Of course he loved it, he is a gamer whose game broke about two months prior. 3 month game pass was automatic once he turned it on. He could even choose what account to use it on. definitely recommend

I purchased the Xbox bundle package from my local Sam's Club. However after getting home with my purchase I noticed that the 3 month subscription game pass was missing. I called Sam's Club and spoke to an associate and then a manager. Both employees were very short with me on the phone and were not helpful. They told me I would need to return the xbox and then purchase a new one. I asked what if the game pass was missing from that Xbox? They said then I would need to come back and return it again. I then asked if I could just be refunded for the missing 3 month subscription game pass. They refused to accommodate that request. I have been in the retail management field for over 20 years and I would never offer this poor customer service. I will not be purchasing any electric items from Sam's club moving forward.

My daughter loves it. It was her sweet 16 birthday gift.
