They have a woven like top layer that helps keep everything off of babies skin and soak down into the diaper. We highly recommend!

They fit my baby's chunky thighs and small waist which had become more and more difficult with other brands. These diapers were very absorbent, even overnight! They left my baby's bottom feeling dry even after a full night's sleep, no more waking up to the smell of pee like we had with other brands The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is I had to pull up the back of the diaper up each time I would put a new one on because it tended to flap over.

We had a few issues with leaks and they weren't quite right for my baby's body shape. I think overall if you're looking for something for sensitive skin they are a good product but maybe go up a size from your normal sizing.

Most importantly, my baby never had any leaks or rashes while wearing this diaper. It even prevented leaks for up to 10+ hours from when she wore it overnight. My baby has sensitive skin and this diaper was great on her skin. It also has a cute design which is always a plus. I 100% recommend it.
