[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The system itself is very nice looking. It looks premium for sure. Also, when it's working correctly, the sound is amazing. You get full cinema sound. But then....it can change on its own, and suddenly all the sound stays loud, but the voices in the audio almost completely vanish. And figuring out how to fix it is near impossible - it's fumbling around trying to find the right setting. It might have to do with the TV it's connected to (mine is the QN90D). But it's extremely frustrating to sit down to watch something and suddenly all you hear is the background music but absolutely no voices. I didn't even know something could separate out audio like that. There isn't much of a guide included with the system, so it's just blindly playing around with settings on this and on the tv until, suddenly, it just starts working. It has something to do with the Symphony mode I think - but I don't know. So while I really love the sound that comes from this system, this little quirk is extremely obnoxious, especially when you just want to sit down and watch something but then have to spend 15 minutes poking through settings to fix it. In the end I just turned off the Symphony thing and just run it normal, but then the audio isn't as amazing. So yeah, I want to really love this, but I just really come off more irritated by it than enjoying it. Oh, but rear speakers connect easily without much problems, so....small plus.

When listen to music I would suggest switch it to front only as it seem to sound better. This can be done in smart things app. Syncs to TV great and no issues with setup. This is a great system. I had doubts but I messed with sound and setting I am happy with this it's great. Side speakers require plugs little bit on a con but I had outlets so it works for me.

My wife just told me that she never realized what all we were missing just using our old system. She was definitely a skeptic until we were watching something and the sound engulfed us. She was a believer after that. I got it on a great deal and I would definitely buy this again.

Voices stand out and are crystal clear. Special effects project proportionally from all directions consistently with our Samsung OLED TV. Great overall experience!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soundbar is great for Movies, videos and TV. For music, my older dedicated Stereo system with big speakers just sounds better and more pure. The setup is easy - just plug it in and it works without messing around. The Symphony is nice but I could barely hear the difference - however I can tell it's there if I pay close attention. The bass is good, but not earth shattering. If you don't think it's enough, your expectations are too high. You are the problem. Find this at the right price and it's an incredible value. I'll never be without this soundbar again. It's a game changer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, the Q990D is one of the best sound bar in market. The Sound Clarity is just fantastic. My one downside was the Sub was a disappointment, especially when listening to music. I bought one but returned it. I returned it after buying it for this reason. I wanna try the new Q990F. Hopefully the new sub is better. I also wish Sumsang offered the option to hook 2 subs.
