These look great at first, but upon getting them in hand suffer from extremely poor quality control. All 8 of ours out of shape pretty badly, it's almost like they were packed too hot and got squeezed into an oval shape and it makes them very clumsy to hold. One even has a piece of debris embedded completely into the glass at the base of the cup, its in a spot such that it looks like something is in the bottom of the cup but completely encapsulated into where the stem meets the cup. Was hoping to use for Easter but definitely getting returned.

These glasses are nicely made, even more so considering the price point. They arrived very well packaged, no damage. I was concerned with the reviews that said they were too thin - compared to some of the high dollar glasses, these aren't thin at all. Great deal!

These glasses are beautiful. However, they had a film that I could not seem to wash off. Upon drying, the mouth of one glass broke off. Thankfully, I was not cut but between the one glass breaking upon the initial wash and the cloudiness of the glasses I decided to return.

Ordered the Members Mark 8 piece All Purpose Crystal Wine Glass Set online. Was expecting some sort of retail box, but it comes in just a cardboard shipping box with styrofoam. It's not presentable as a gift, which is what we wanted to use them for. Glass quality was just ok - had some ripples and divots in the stem where it connects. Fair for the price point, but definitely not in the same league as Schott Zwiesel or Riedel.

Beautiful, elegant and sturdier than my Pottery Barn wine glasses! Exactly as pictured.
