I have been using Speedy Alka-Seltzer for years, and it has never failed me. What I like, is there are no aftereffects, other than a couple of burps.

It’s hard to find the original Alka-Seltzer sometimes. There is nothing better for an upset stomach than this.

Bought this as Sams doesn't carry the "regular" strength any longer. These tasted terrible and ended up in the trash. Do NOT recommend.

This is NOT the Original Alka Seltzer that Sam's use to sell. There is NO Aspirin in this "Extra Strength" version. The old "Original" package had 117 for $10, now this watered down version has 72 for $10.50 and NO Aspirin!!!!!

This is NOT Extra Strength Alka-Seltzer. The name is misleading and you can easily buy a whole box of this by mistake. This does NOT have the Aspirin which true extra strength Alka-Seltzer has. This is similar to Alka-Seltzer Gold which also does not have Aspirin and has a third ingredient for heartburn.

My go-to medicine for upset or nauseous stomach! Couldn't live without some in my home!
