It has the classic sourdough flavor and perfect texture: chewy and light at the same time. It turns crispy in just the right way in a grilled cheese sandwich. I also tried it for toast, and was equally pleased. This is a new staple for my family.

I do like the shape - great especially for sandwiches and burgers. Also these babies are 80 cal a slice so won’t throw you off your summer bod too much.
