The bread itself was a bit harder than normal breads, plain or toasted felt like I had to chew a bit harder it wasn’t as soft as regular breads. The taste itself was kind of bland usually with bread especially sourdough but toasting it makes it so delicious but I personally found this bland.

I know it’s weird, but I like the fact that is not super sour even if it’s a sourdough, that was big for me. I also liked the consistency a lot, it kind of chewy but when toasted tastes really good. I also liked that it’s not a super big slice. The pack came in perfect conditions and the bread was fresh, I’ve had it for about a week and still feels like the first day.
