I am very pleased with the purchase of this generator and was impressed with the overall quality of this unit. It comes with a very descriptive manual outlining proper storage procedures based on use. I would recommend to a friend for sure!

Purchased less than a month ago, change oil frequently and use proper gasoline but having trouble starting sometimes. Called their help desk and they are very friendly but problem still not quite resolved. Overall, happywith purchase.

I bought this generator and send to Cuba were the energetic situacion is critical, the generator work wonderful and very efficient, i recommend this model and whatever westinghouse product

Couldn’t wait to try the push to start and wasn’t disappointed. Not incredibly loud and doesn’t take up too much space. Start up guide was also super simple to follow. Wish it would have come with wheels however, this thing is HEAVY.

I like the unit and assume it will normally work fine. It started right up using the propane side but won't start at all using regular gas. It should run right out of the box.

I bought this because of the features, however I have not had the opportunity to use it yet. I did crank it up and it started right up. I hope I don't need it any time soon.

Purchased in June but did not unbox until a few days ago when preparing for hurricane. Added gas but would not start. It ran on propane just fine but I had stocked up on gas to use during power outage after the hurricane and not propane.

This generator will run everything we need in an emergency. The box contained everything needed for assembly including the wheels, oil, and tools. It started on the first pull after adding the gas. Pretty quiet too. No louder than a window fan.

Generator worked great the first camping trip. On the second trip it worked the first night then would not work the next day. Hoping Westinghouse stands behind their product.

Bought this generator to maintain power to the critical appliances of my house and it has done the job remarkably well. I have recommended this model of generator to my neighbors.
