My generator arrived WITH the battery cables hooked up and the battery is completely dead. the indicator light was yellow, I charged the battery overnight and it is still dead.

I bought it December 29/2022 and only took about a half an hour to unpack and assemble the few things after adding oil and gas it started right up with hardly any effort..

Yet to be assembled, I bought this generator for its high output and dual fuel capability. Hopefully, I don't have to use it to power our house in an outage, but if one comes, we'll be ready!

Generator build is amazing. Now I don't have to ever be without power during a power outage. Thanks to hurricane Helene, my mental is at ease knowing I have a Westinghouse for a backup.

Bought 4 months ago and only used once but very easy to set up and run!! Loved that we had it on hand because we were out of power ~12 hours and worried about a freezer full of beef

Have frequent electrical outages in our area and bought to keep power to refrigerator, lights and some small appliances. Like that can use propane or gasoline in the generator and it's easy to start. Have already used it.

I bought this generator during hurricane baryl in Houston and it was amazing! We were able to power up most of my home window ac 2 refrigerators tvs fans chargers it was great.

Super nice generator! Haven’t used it yet but kind of looking forward to losing power so we can try it at. Even comes with electric starter and a remote control to start it!

Dual fuel, remote start and budget friendly.. Extremely easy to use and provided in the box with everything you need to include oil and spout. Great performance and great generator to include the ability of remote star which is a great plus...

Just had it for a week. So far, so good. Alternator cover damage which appears to be a common shipping damage issue, otherwise everything is as promised by Westinghouse
