Just recently purchased so i haven"t used it much but the set up was very easy and it started immediately. It is well constructed and much quieter than my previous generator.

I received this 6 weeks ago and it worked great out of the box. Today will not start. Not very happy at this time. having to take to service center 30 miles away.

Bought the generator during the last storm. Easy to turn on and maintain! Ran our home several days during outage. Only setback, no wheels so make sure you have some help when moving.

The generator arrive early. Very well packaged and zero exterior damage. Easy to assemble - took maybe 10 minutes. Very pleased and would recommend.

Just received this generator and so far I'm very pleased. Directions for assembly were clear and all materials were included in the box. Looking forward to getting this fired up in a day or two.

We purchased this as a replacement for our 25-year-old generator. We have only had to use it briefly but it runs quietly and is much smaller than our old unit.

We just purchased this. We hooked it up & it seems to be exactly what we are needing. We need it just for medical equipment now while my elderly Mom is here. Then it will be nice for emergency electric during bad weather.

So far it has been good. Started up only a few times so far an every time has been very quick. Odd thing is there is no wheels for this model. Several of the other 5300watt dual fuel and gas fuel models come with wheels.
