We bought this last minute and since it’s arrival it has worked great!! We liv off grid and need generator for the dark gloomy days when wind and solar just aren’t enough. This generator runs the entire house and we couldn’t be happier with it!!

No damage to box but tubular frame was found crushed in two spots in the rear lower corner. Battery charger was suppose to be included but was not in box. Plastic protective cap for LPG connection was not used

Came out of box in good condition. Very little assembly needed. Ran through a break in cycle and changed oil. Everything appears to function as designed.
